The company is also well versed with different styles and methods of construction: from traditional, transitional, contemporary, modern, and ultra modern. Sordan Construction also has software that tracks the project progress and engages the client every step of the way to ensure the client gets everything they desire, and more. The return on investment of their projects is astronomical. It is often said you get what you pay for. Sordan Construction has broad experience with installing everyday common materials to highly delicate and expensive import materials. Sordan Construction is not cheap, but rather reasonable because as mentioned above, they accept nothing less than an excellent job. As mentioned above, you get what you pay for. Pictures never do their work justice and I will upload pictures of the project at the end of the project. Sordan Construction literally transformed our traditional 12,000 sqft mansion into a modern contemporary marvel with high quality stones, smart home system, German kitchen cabinetry and top of the line appliances. “Repaired a number of issues with the exterior of our house including rotted sofet and replaced the asphalt roof on our porch with a rubber roof (the roof was done by a sub I believe). The work was done int he time expected time frame and looks good. Workers were friendly and kept the work area's clean.”

“Dana Pratt (owner) helped us navigate the challenges of a major restoration of our four bedroom colonial, and the associated insurance claim arising from a broken water pipe, which devastated our kitchen, family room, center hallway, and two finished basement rooms. In addition, he and his team have done excellent work on several additional projects including a completely revised master bathroom, a new basement bathroom, and a two-room addition on the side of our home. His team also restored old hardwood floors and repainted most of the unaffected rooms in our home. He is easy to work with, and has a great eye for design details and what improvements make sense in our house and neighborhood. He has closely adhered to the original budget and schedule estimates, and keeps us informed on these as the project progressed. He worked very well with our interior designer (Studio C Interiors), bouncing ideas around adjusting to any surprises found inside old walls. Dana goes above and beyond what is expected of a builder. During the height of the horrible winter of 2015 (ten feet of snow in the Boston area), he was working on our home and noticed new leaks from ice dams on the roof. Dana personally went up on our roof and cleared the extensive snow and ice away from the problem area, nipping a potential disaster in the bud. His extensive experience with insurance claims and restoration make him a unique asset when mayhem strikes your home. We recommend him highly!”
