“Max Peterson (Smith & Sons Remodeling Experts), was called in to complete a couple of challenging renovation projects at Klub Kal. The first task was to design and build a sound barrier around a hydro transformer kiosk. I was so satisfied with this job that I brought Max back to take his best shot at another design and construction challenge. My next requests were to complete a few finishing touches at my lakeside cabin, as well as complete an unfinished, rustic outdoor bathroom. Max approached the partially completed bathroom with a creative mind and was able to bring my vision to reality. The jobs were completed on time, on budget, with quality workmanship and all the while maintaining the creative design intent. The renovation projects were finished beyond my expectations. Max was great to work with and I would recommend him for construction jobs in the future.”

“My wife and I have just recently moved from the Lower Mainland to West Kelowna, and contracted Richard Toth with Primera Projects, to build our new home. Richard is an experienced, knowledgeable and dedicated professional and has been a pleasure to deal with. My wife and I have been very impressed from our first meeting with Richard and he continues to impress with ensuring that we are informed and up to date on every process of construction. Although we are only a quarter the way through our build, I am confident that Richard will keep our best interests in mind and do an excellent job. Richard came with strong recommendations, from good friends of ours that build in the area and used Richard for their build. Also, Richard's construction cost projections were extremely competitive and well structured. “We would absolutely recommend Matt as a building contractor . We were living in rural Manitoba, while building in BC and Matt took everything in hand, especially when our youngest son was diagnosed with cancer and we found that we were not able to make decisions. He helped us through a difficult time and kept kept everything running smoothly, kept to the time line and made sure the house was as we wanted it. He sent us daily updates with pictures, which were much appreciated, being so far away. Our neighbours have even commented on how well he ran the site, and how tidy he kept it and that crews he employed were so quiet and efficient. Even after the stress of relocating and building a house our families have become good friends, which we believe says it all. ROBERT & BEVERLY”
