“As a property owner in the Pacific Heights area of San Francisco, I engaged the services of Wolk Development, to renovate a home we were planning to sell. Brian prepared a proposal which looked fantastic and we decided to go with it. Brian personally handled every aspect of the project with his excellent team. He was always prompt to return phone calls and reply to emails, was always courteous, patient, and enthusiastic about the project. He was extremely professional throughout. Most importantly, in our case, we needed a very (seemingly impossible) turnaround, so that the property could be put on the market at the optimum time. Brian came through, and delivered on every aspect of the plan, with a beautiful result and no unexpected increases int eh budget. The end result was truly stunning, and I seriously doubt this could have happened had we chosen any other contractor.”

“They always say that the best references come from word of mouth. I first heard ofTelion from my uncle who referenced him as one of the top painters in the DFW area. So long story short, we hired Telion for the painting portion of our phase 1 remodel. Needless to say they did an outstanding job. We were totally pleased. Which brings us to phase 2 of our remodel. To our surprise we found out Telion could do all of the remodeling/construction process. David has a lot of experience with commercial grade building. Which in turn, gives you a great quality on residential construction. For example, using a thicker lintel over a door or thicker rebar in pouring concrete. So we again hired Telion for the second time on a new master bedroom/closet/master bath/ and spare bedroom. We were even more impressed with their work. It took a little longer than we expected due to Covid and general issues. But in the end the work was phenomenal and David’s integrity was second to none! The question we always ask is would you hire them again and would you refer them to others? The answer to both is yes and yes.”

“We can't say enough about Bryant Construction. They are honest, dependable and sincere. We have already referred them to several friends. We had used another company before we knew of this one and they took months to even start the job. Bryant Construction began right away at our convenience. They were also great to follow up with us along the way instead of us having to reach out to them. Great service! They redid our roofing, gutters, windows and garage doors as well as repainted everything. We just love the results. Thank you Bryant General Construction for everything.”

“John Newton of Cornerstone Builders recently built us a home in Weatherford, TX. We could not be more pleased!! John is a man of high integrity. He is a family man, trustworthy, and very intent on making everything right! John is extremely reliable, which is important in the building process. He answers emails, texts and is regularly on site. Having a talented builder is a real plus. He leveled dirt on a tractor, dabbled in a couple plumbing projects, installed appliances and much more. He even cut a metal hanging candle holder that I wanted to hang in a niche; it was just a tad bit too large. He has been in the profession long enough to have selected some outstanding contractors. We feel that we had the "best of the best" plumbers, electricians, tile layers, carpenters, etc. I don't think we will be moving from this gorgeous home, but If we did need to downsize or move for any reason, John would be building us another home! “After reviewing Direct Home Designs information on Houzz, I decided to contact Wendy. She promptly returned my call. We set up a meeting within the next couple of days to discuss new house plans. After sitting down with her and discussing my "wants" and my attempts to sketch the layout, I knew she was the perfect person to design our new home. She really listened to what we liked and didn't like. She asked questions on how our current house functioned. She brought up items we hadn't even thought about! Needless to say, our new house plans are wonderful. We will be breaking ground soon and I can't wait to post pictures so everyone can see how great Wendy's work is!”

New custom hickory cabinets, quartz countertops, fabulous glass backsplash, top of the line appliances, modern/contemporary style. Stringer Construction and Design was very professional, knowledgeable, and completed the project in a timely manner and within our budget!”
