“Working with Shannon & Ken Dixon at RenoPros was a very pleasant experience. I used them last year for hurricane damage from Ian. My lanai roof was blown off completely. Ken & Shannon gave me a fair quote, during the time when other repair people were ripping off customers during these trying times. The aluminum replacement was ordered and I was kept informed during entire process. They also replaced my floor in lanai. They did such a good job that I had them install my kitchen back splash and had them arrange for the outside of my manufactured home to be painted while I was back in Ohio. They kept me informed during the complete process. My neighbors have told me how nice everything looks. I'm going to do more upgrades in 2023 and I will surely call Ken & Shannon to do the work.”

“We used John to conceive, design and manage a total gut rehab of a garage apartment in St. Petersburg. His expertise and talents go far beyond just drawing up plans. He really made this space functional, inviting and a fun place to spend time for our friends and family, as well as enhancing its income generating potential as a rental unit. I have done several remodeling and addition projects on our residences over the years, but none went more smoothly and produced results I am as happy with as the project on which John worked. His personality is warm, friendly and easy to work with. He is a great listener and was able to translate our wants, needs and desires into reality. I could not more highly recommend any architect / designer if you are in need of the services he provides. I would never consider working with anyone else.”

“Pinellas Construction remodelled my whole condo, when I was not using it. Remodelling included Bathrooms, flooring, kitchen, walls, doors, stairs, lamps. Work was carried out extremely professional and in the time frame agreed on. At the end of the day, I am very pleased with the work of Pinellas Construction and always happy to come back to my home, which was left cleaned by Pinellas Construction after work has been done.”
