“I've known Tom Flynn since I bought my home on the Cape over 10 years ago. Since that time Tom has done many home improvement projects for me, including replacing all of the original windows, new shingles for the entire house, replacing the insulation in the basement ceiling, and replacing patio door with a French door. His workmanship is always first-rate and most importantly he provides written contracts that outline not only the work and costs but the timeline for when he will start and finish. No surprises. I highly recommend him for any job you might have for your property.”

“Peter and Archia did a major kitchen remodeling project for us in Duxbury MA. The project was done on time (and the schedule was very condensed), on budget and with great results. They were proactive in anticipating any issues and changes and made the project better then anticipated. They drove the punch list, coming by after the project on their own to tweak and tighten items and ensure that all was well. Mike's expert building skills transformed this home from ordinary to extraordinary! We work with very high end finishes and materials, and Mike was the perfect fit for the installation and construction. Mike is always thinking ahead, and provides great input to our designs from a construction standpoint. He is very dependable, always adhering to schedule and budget, completing his excellent work, on time and under budget that is! Since completing this complete redo of a master suite, powder room and master bathroom, Mike and I have collaborated on several other projects for my clients. He is my go-to resource for remodeling. “In 2007, had all windows replaced with new construction windows. Windows were Andersen 400 series wood. Work included stained interior trim and panel inserts. Work was done on schedule and stain color was meticulously matched with older woodwork in house. Very professional, responsive crew. In 2008, had screened porch re-screened, with screens on outside rather than inside. Also had several sections of trim boards replaced with Azek. Contractor came up with innovative approach to installing screens and providing kick protection on the inside. Again the job was done on schedule, very professionally. Date listed is latest work. Cost listed is for all jobs described above.”
