“I've known Tom Flynn since I bought my home on the Cape over 10 years ago. Since that time Tom has done many home improvement projects for me, including replacing all of the original windows, new shingles for the entire house, replacing the insulation in the basement ceiling, and replacing patio door with a French door. His workmanship is always first-rate and most importantly he provides written contracts that outline not only the work and costs but the timeline for when he will start and finish. No surprises. I highly recommend him for any job you might have for your property.”

“Konstantin built an incredible deck for us. Very complicated and intricate with a hot tub platform 16 feet above ground. Many other contractors looked at the plans and the very difficult site and walked away or gave prices that were so high they were laughable. Not Konstantin. He was calm, professional and built a magnificent deck for us, on time and on budget. He is a true professional who builds a product that both he and the customer can be proud of. We have used him for several other projects, both with the same spectacular results. In addition we have recommended him to some of our friends and they have all received the same results. “Provost Landscaping has been taking care of our lawn, shrubs, sprinkler system since our previous company closed. They fixed our sprinkler system which had been a huge problem for many years and planted arborvitae against our back fence along with much beds and it’s own sprinkler system.”

He is very reliable, professional and a person you can count on for the long run. He will always be available and creative and try to solve and suggest price appropriate options that can fit your budget. We renovate our kitchen and chose some very tricky non obvious arrangement, Deliandro worked with us closely never give up and the results are amazing!!”

“Mark Hammer and Don DiRocco (Hammer Architects) listen for what their clients seem to want - and then deliver - responsively, but boldly. I wanted a great big, airy, open style living, kitchen dining area - for a house where we would entertain. What I had was a house with low ceilings, tired finishes and no front door. Mark put pencil to paper and in very short order, opened up the space, raised the ceiling, added beams and pendant lights, and designed an inviting and exciting entryway that sparks a "Whoa!" and a "Wow" from everyone who gets through the front door. Don designed the kitchen and bathrooms, helped us choose and place all fixtures, paid attention to the smallest details, and made no mistakes. Our house got built on time and on budget. We're thrilled.”
