“We were in desperate need of having our bathrooms and kitchens remodeled and we are more then glad that we found Bay Quality Construction they did such a beautiful job! We couldn't be happier. The quality of work was A+ and I would recommend them to anyone that wants exceptional work at affordable pricing. I never had to worry about them. We went through everything I wanted and it all came out beautifully. They are very knowledgeable and thorough. One thing I loved is they cleaned up their work area every day when they were finished. You can't go wrong with this company. We also had the pleasure to work with Brenda and she was able to help us with any questions we had it didn’t matter what time or day it was! “Golden Heights remodeled our kitchen and we love it! The project required moving one interior wall, moving a door and windows and adding two windows. The house is stronger now with better shoring and support than before. We felt that Golden Heights was a one-stop shop with a network of designers, engineers, architects, electricians and of course, builders. Neryah was our project manager; he guided the process from start to finish. Neryah spent hours listening to our ideas and making sure that every detail was planned for ahead of time. He helped make design and lighting choices, shopped for tile with me, and designers from GH identified the perfect cabinet source for us. Once we were given a contracted price there were no increases or change orders except for what we wanted to add (removing crown molding and painting another room). Eran talked me into a pot filler over the stove (no extra charge for installation) and guess what...I use it almost every day. The construction crew that showed up each morning were courteous, friendly, hard working. Every day they cleaned up and made our house as livable as possible. Shout out to Ulysses and Memo! Golden Heights took care of foundation work, framing, stucco, texturing, painting, floor and cabinet installation, tiling, plumbing, electrical...all the things. Neryah is a perfectionist who insisted a few times that work be done the more difficult yet right way, even when we would have probably been satisfied otherwise. The amount of time the crew spent on the project was much less important to him than having it done the best way. Of course we had a couple of hiccups along the way, but never anything that caused us worry or conflict. Neryah is a problem solver for sure. We are typically DIY people (we have remodeled our three bathrooms, installed flooring, painted everything, husband used to build cabinets) but this project was too big for us. As fairly knowledgable folks, we can recommend Golden Heights as knowing their remodeling stuff.”

“We hired IGreen builders to remodel our master bathroom. The company was the fourth we interviewed with and we were deeply impressed by Liron Knot wide experience, their design ideas and their reasonable price, so we offered them the job on the spot. We were so glad we did that! This was a wonderful team - Liron gave us lots of great ideas on the design. He was our project manager, and was very experienced and customer oriented. I often called him multiple times a day and he was always very patient to answer my questions and kept me updated on the daily schedule. The crew was very professional, courteous and highly skillful - we really love the great tile work. Tony and his folks did an excellent job. Now we enjoyed our beautiful bathroom everyday and we are so glad we hired this team. We love their work so much that we decided to remodel the two bathrooms upstairs as well with them, which are ongoing right now.”

“I received a recommendation for Brad Hannah in January 2020. 60 year plus friends in the construction field (who had moved out of the area) recommended Brad for a roof replacement and interior work on my 63 year old home. They had two words to describe Brad - "Good" and "Honest". Their opinion was seconded by my insurance adjuster. Not Brad's biggest job but he gave me wonderful advice and work. My house looked brand new when he finished. I decided to do some more work on the house earlier this year. Again, not a big job for Brad. Remodeled the mini master bath making the shower twice the size of the old, and new cabinet doors and drawers in the kitchen. Brad subbed the stone work out - quartz shower, vanity top and new quartz kitchen countertop. While the stone guy wasn't the most expensive, his work is outstanding. I LOVE MY NEW HOUSE. It does look brand new and I smile whenever I enter the bath or the kitchen. As I've said - I'm not Brad's biggest or even average spending customer. My jobs were small. BUT, the quality of his work shines through. I think you see how good someone is on the little jobs maybe a little clearer than on some bigger ones. If I spotted anything that I didn't like - Brad was out in a day to remedy it. He's not the fastest or least expensive - he's just the best.”

He and his team's commitment to quality, detail and excellence was indeed stellar. They understood us as clients and our needs and specific tastes. They truly listened and reacted with speed. They stuck to their original budget and timeline. Above everything else, their strive for perfection and desire to exceed expectations is indicative about the ethic and pride they bring to their work, day-in and day-out. In short it was an absolute pleasure to work with them and we would highly recommend them.”

“Ed was recommended by our Realtor - we're not from the area, and were remodeling our parents' home for resale. It was a long haul for Ed, from Hayward to Walnut Creek, but he never complained.
