“We hired Joseph So's Solid Rock Custom Contstruction Company to refinish several hardwood floors in our house built in the 1920's including a Brazilian walnut parkay floor. He came in with a very reasonable bid to do the parkay floor, 15 steps to a second story, upstairs hallway and two bedrooms with closets. The job was done professionally and on time. They minimized dust, and cleaned up after. They also went beyond the normal in repairing some rough spots where hallway joined the bedroom. We were very happy and would highly recommend them!”

As a design professional, I love good design, and Tom’s team lived up to my high expectations. From the very beginning, Tom spent the time necessary to make us feel at home with each step of the remodel. He listened carefully, discussing our needs, providing design ideas and options, and promptly answering all of our questions. His estimate was realistic and he thoughtfully addressed every aspect of the project. Throughout both the kitchen and bath remodels, Tom and his team remained on-time and on-budget while keeping the workspace clean and organized. Respectful, trustworthy and good-natured, they all went the extra mile ensuring everything was done to our satisfaction. Perhaps best of all, Tom and his team tread lightly in our home during the remodel and found no unforeseen problems. “KCBR has done 2 complete bathroom remodels and a kitchen remodel for us. The results are exactly what we wanted. We are extremely pleased with the quality of KCBR's work , and the professionalism of all of Anthony's staff. Anthony is tremendous at keeping great communication throughout the whole process. COVID-19 broke out during our kitchen reno and Anthony managed to safely get our project completed, despite the setback of the impacts the virus had on the situation. “We first decided what work was to be done and a contract was signed that was specific about the work so we both knew what to expect. The work requested was redo 2 bathrooms, replace front windows and back door and repair a shed. They began work when they stated they would and worked steady to finish on time. The workmen were considerate and told me what they were going to work on. I would hire them again without hesitation. I love the final result and pleased with the quality of the work.”

“Rick led his team on our project to find innovative solutions to our "wish list" that we could have never dreamed of on our own. They created a whole house Master Plan with us and then subdivided that into logical phases. We completed Phase 1 in the Fall of 2012, and we couldn't be happier. The newly expanded spaces, as well as the smaller renovated spaces, all feel fresh and timeless and perfectly functional for our small family. The work included a bump-out expansion on the front of our home which grew the size of both our Master Bedroom and our Guest Bedroom. We also transformed two side-by-side reach-in closets into a walk-in closet and a separate laundry room encased in a new bright and sunny rear facing dormer. Future phases include removal of a load bearing wall to combine two small living spaces into a single, larger space we can entertain in, a renovated Guest Bath, and a brand new Kitchen, among other things. We look forward to starting Phase 2 with RDM Architecture in the early winter of 2015.”

“David and I have collaborated and worked on several projects together dating back to when we first started our company up to just recently. David is a very hands on architect and takes pride in making sure every detail is carefully designed throughout the project. He is especially great with modern and contemporary style homes where crucial elements within the house that normally get overlooked are very much highlighted. David also makes himself part of the team whenever we work together. When I have a project that requires a very highly skilled architect that knows how to build as well as design I call on David.”
