“I'm a Realtor that has used Susan in my home, and have referred her to countless clients over the last seven years. Over the years she has done a complete renovation of a condo for a client. She has done several total kitchen renovations for clients as well as bathrooms of all sizes and price points. At this time she is helping a client ready their property for sale. The project includes: wood flooring, carpeting, granite & staging. Susan has a very winning personality & has a way of truly helping me to make clients realize what they need to do to their property in order to have it show at its very best when it goes on the market for sale. “We've built a new house recently and we've worked with Gina on six bathrooms, kitchen, bar and the outside cabana kitchen area. She was very professional, creative, knowledgeable, responsive and pleased to work with. From the planning stage through completion she seemed to take what could have been an otherwise overwhelming project and guided us through the process resulting in beautiful rooms. Another aspect that was very important to us was communication, which was right on. There wasn't a time that we did not hear back from her within a couple of hours. That is something to be valued and gave us peace of mind. We're very glad that we had a chance to work with her and strongly recommend her to anybody.”

“Synergy's attention to detail has been outstanding throughout the planning phase of our renovation. Synergy's design team exceeded our expectations and as demolition has now begun we eagerly await the construction phase. We have every confidence that Synergy's team will once again wow us. Update: Our Kitchen/Great Room renovation is complete and Synergy's design and construction teams absolutely blew us away with their attention to detail and customer service. To be fair, it is not possible to completely convey our level of satisfaction in a short review. When is the last time you worked with a team of professionals whose standards for excellence exceed your own? Without fail, when we would raise a potential issue with Synergy we would find out they had already noticed it and created a plan to address it. Think about that for a moment, not push back, not an attempt to avoid extra work by saying there is no issue. Instead, reassurance that they are holding themselves to a standard that is higher than your own. Simply put, that never happens. Yet with Synergy it is just the way they work. When their level of craftsmanship (which is nothing short of uniformly excellent) is married with Synergy's ability to design and deliver breathtaking spaces, the result redefines what renovating can and should be. “I wanted to treat myself to an updated closet. Thought about DIYing it, but called Closet Factory instead to get an estimate. They sent Moogie K and i am so glad that they did. She is simply THE BEST! She is very professional, respectful and personable! If she says she will have info to you by a certain time, she means it! She went above and beyond to help me out. I had no clue how much such a project would cost, but Moogie worked within my budget. She followed up with me regarding everything. She even stopped by while the installers were here and I really really appreciated that! Once I got my initial project done I called for a follow up to get an additional piece(a dresser) to complete the look. Called my girl Moogie and she did not disappoint! I brag about her to anyone who will listen. I have referred her to two friends and once this covid19 is over, they will be calling her! ...AND so will I to help complete other projects! I LOVE Moogie K as a consultant and as a person! Nothing like working with and knowing GOOD people and that is Moogie K of the Closet Factory!”

“WOW, is all I can say about both my experience with John at Home Design as will as the end product. John and I had a few conversations about what I was looking for and he just nailed it. The time period he did it within was absolutely remarkable. We got all new cabinets and granite, form ordering to installation within 7 days!!! How does that happen. Oh and by the way, his installers so friendly and accommodating. They worked until the job was done. None of this 8am - 3pm and "we'll be back tomorrow" nonsense. They stayed until he job was done and that included leaving the place spotless. Thanks again Home Design. I will definitely be using you again and recommending you to all my friends and colleagues.”

“We have used Chesapeake Kitchen Design on 2 kitchens. Both involved design and selecting and ordering cabinets. The first also involved installation of the cabinets. In both cases Fernando and his staff were pleasure to work with and the work was started and ended in a timely fashion with high quality. The few problems were addressed quickly and with a customer first approach. I would recommend this company without hesitation.”

“Hakan was the project manager for our renovation. Each detail was explained thoroughly. I interviewed several home improvement companies in the northern Virginia area; none matched the knowledge of product information and costs of construction for completely renovating my kitchen. Architectural renditions were exact to specifications;no last-minute changes had to be made. Prior to the beginning of the renovation, costs and date of completion was discussed along with a time line dedicated to the selection of cabinets, floor, tiles, lighting fixtures etc. The crew assigned to my project were courteous, quick, clean and put materials away each day. I never had to worry about the rest of the house being a dust bowl or cleaning up foot prints. I would highly recommend Bull Run Kitchen and Bath.”

We worked collaboratively on all aspects of her project. Since that time, we have done many projects together. Jennifer is a great design talent, merging her facility with being able to design in any style with her extraordinary knowledge of and insights into the "mechanics" of great kitchen design. She is a nimble designer, able to work with clients and their goals on their terms. One of the more remarkable things about Jennifer is her ability to think "on the spot", reviewing options during even the first consultation with a client. She and her design and management staff deliver service from the conceptual beginnings of a project, all the way through the design and construction phases of a project, working with clients and design team members in a collaborative manner. I highly recommend Jennifer Gilmer Kitchen & Bath!”
