“I was really impressed with the design detail and the quality of the home that Sound Beach Partners was building -- probably one of the best we've seen. And, that's saying a lot because Fusion Bowling installs bowling alleys only in homes and resort amenity settings, so we get to see a lot of very luxurious and very large buildings. I was also impressed with the quality of the people who work for Sound Beach Partners. Doron Sabag and Jim Hoffman's team really knows what they are doing -- they are very precise and pour over every detail. It really takes a different mentality, different training, and different team to build a multi-million dollar 20,000 sq ft home than it does an average tract home. In short, Sound Beach Partners is one of the best luxury builders we've seen.”

“Finding Paul was a god-sent. We had a contract to purchase a home that needed serious renovation. Unfortunately the closing date kept slipping, leaving us with only eight weeks before the start of school. Paul was there the day after the closing with a dumpster, and he and his crew tackled the job like pros. I knew from day one, we were in good hands. Paul is easy to work with, reliable, trustworthy and has great design suggestions. His whole crew is talented, polite and clean up at the end of every day! Thanks again.”

“My wife and I hired Kling Brothers Builders/Keith Kling to build an addition onto the back of our house, which included a new kitchen, family room, patio, mudroom, and other modifications to the interior. From the start, I was very impressed with Keith’s preparedness and diligence. He created a very detailed and transparent budget (approximately 10 pages), which outlined each item to be done and the price. More importantly, his estimate was accurate, and the prices that we agreed to did not change throughout the project. Keith is also very hands-on. He was on-site every day during the project. He is extremely responsive by email and phone, and if I emailed him a question while I was at work, within a very short period of time, I would receive a response. He was also available on weekends to meet with me, which was more convenient for my schedule. The workmanship of Kling Brothers Builders is top notch. Their on-staff carpenters are excellent, and their subcontractors are all superb. I did not have any issues with shoddy work or questionable characters walking around my property or in my house. Keith is very diligent about the “structure” and integrity of the building, and takes pride in how well built and solid the “bones” of the project are. Although I am not a builder myself, you can just tell that something is well put together by looking at it. Keith stresses quality and perfection, and was not satisfied until we were satisfied. He has access to some of the best craftsmen in the area, and in particular he introduced us to a custom cabinet maker who created a showcase kitchen for us. His other subs, such as the electrician, the plumber, etc., were all personable and flexible. All in all, we were very impressed and happy with Keith Kling. Although my wife and I are reasonable, we also have very high standards. Given the size of our project (to us), we expected top service and attention. Keith came through with flying colors, and he was very friendly, personable, and professional throughout. I have no tolerance for service providers who do not do what they say or make you feel as though you are doing them a favor by giving them your money. Keith is certainly not one of those people. Our project came in on budget, and any additional work that I wanted done was communicated and agreed-to up front. There were no surprises and the communication between Keith and us could not have been better. I give Kling Brothers Builders/Keith Kling my highest recommendation. I hope to use them again on a future project.”

Dave is a positive facilitator, enhancing the relationship between the owner, architect, and the construction team. With over twenty years of experience, Dave brings extensive skill to the areas of cost estimating, phasing, and construction administration. His knowledge of high quality residential construction is evident in all stages of the project. He has an excellent team of plumbers, electricians, HVAC, masons, and talented carpenters required to complete a major renovation and addition. Dave is very good at guiding the owner through the design and construction process. His powerful communication skills are evident in his ability to work with local building and zoning officials. He is quick to ask questions, when needed for clarification and also to respond to question. His thoughtful and conscientious methods create a beautiful project. His careful planning allowed the owners to continue living in their home, as his team moved from one area of the renovation and addition to the next one. He keeps the site neat and clean. He is friendly, funny, and kind to family pets. He regularly visits his job sites and coordinates the work, several times throughout the day. I strongly recommend David Mangini Co., LLC for your next project.”

“We are completing a full house renovation and hope to be done in July of this year and so far, on schedule! Creative Design has done an amazing job with all of the details. My husband and I have asked many times to revise/change things along the way and the team has gone above and beyond to make it happen. Creative did our first renovation back in 1999 and we had no doubt that they would do a great job when we hired them again for the entire house. We would recommend Creative Design to anyone without hesitation. They are extremely skilled and very professional!”

“Scott did a total remodel of a 1906 house in 2008. He did a brilliant job utilizing existing space, duplicating original molding, doors and windows, and turning our house into a total "Jewel Box". Its the fourth remodel I've done and there was not one argument or disagreement. Scott's attention to detail is superb, the subs he works with are craftsmen, he was on time and really worked to get the best quality for the price we were spending. It was such a fun year doing this project and I would highly recommend him.”
