“Our experience with Andy and his team at Hillcrest Construction was first rate from start to finish. Andy’s attention to detail and knowledge made our dream of a new deck and outdoor space a reality. Hillcrest Construction delivered a beautiful deck and home improvement project on time. Our family and friends are so impressed... even the County Inspector commented about the craftsmanship and design. “Our kitchen looks gorgeous- we absolutely love it. The foreman, Stevo, is incredible and we recommend him to everyone who is looking for a remodel. He is detail oriented, asks great questions to help ensure that we want what we are asking for and provides excellent advice/thinks through what we really want and what the most cost efficient solution is. We trust him and his gorgeous work speaks for itself. The communication is slow before a job/to get quotes but during the job but he is 100% invested in that job and highly communicative.”
Studio 810 Design/Build

“We are writing to wholeheartedly recommend Timothy (Tim) Strosser of Studio 810 Design as a designer and general contractor for home improvement. In 2012, we met Tim at the Philadelphia Home Show, and were impressed by Tim’s portfolio of previous designs and building projects. On his first visit to our home in the Philadelphia suburbs Tim impressed us again with his instant understanding of our home improvement needs. We wanted to build a new bathroom in a little-used space that was attached to our master bedroom, but Tim suggested a much better solution; building an addition to the house’s second floor, and placing the bathroom in it. This way we got a fabulously looking new master bathroom that is an envy of our friends and neighbors, and avoided a mistake of building a bathroom that would be to small and not convenient. Timothy also designed and built for us a mudroom in front of our house, completely redesigned and rebuilt our patio, and changed the siding all around the house. We are very satisfied with the quality of his design and workmanship of his crew. Tim is a very experienced project manager, and he worked hard to accommodate our specific requirements during the project and to adjust all the logistics accordingly. He was able to keep the project deadlines despite very unfavorable weather conditions, the climax of which was Hurricane Sandy. During the project we occasionally changed our mind regarding some details (e.g., selection of tiles), and Tim was always ready to either accept our new ideas or, when they were not practical, offer very good alternatives. During the project we developed a trusting, friendly relationship with Timothy and many of his crew members. We were so satisfied with our collaboration with Tim that, after the first big project was completed, we tasked him with a couple of smaller projects in our house (e.g., staircase renovation), and outside (landscaping). We are sure that, with his great artistic taste, his extensive technical experience, and his understanding of individual clients’ characters and preferences, Timothy can exceed expectations of the most demanding clients. We already recommended the services of Studio 810 to our neighbors, and we recommend them to you.”

“The centerpiece of our home renovation was a floating, black walnut spiral staircase envisioned by Jibe Design principal Juliet Whelan. It is breathtaking, and brings architectural distinctiveness as well as light into our row home. The project also gave us several more feet of precious space thanks to the removal of a chimney we did not realize was behind a wall. Whelan came into our space and saw all kinds of fresh possibilities, but also succeeded at learning and honoring our aesthetic. It was a pleasure to work with Jibe Design. From start to finish, we appreciated the design sophistication, professionalism and good communication.”

“I upgraded my powder room and had a great experience, They are helpful, courteous and very professional. From the receptionist to the installers, the project went well. Three years ago, they completely re-designed my kitchen and I'm still thrilled with it. I can recommend them with no reservations.”

“We hired David to design a complete re-build of a small bungalow cottage in Stone Harbor, NJ. Our decision was based on some very impressive homes he designed on the island, as well as excellent references from past clients. David's charge was challenging - design a classic shore cottage with a strong attention to architectural detail and lots of functionality in a very small space (while staying within budget). David more than exceeded expectations. The project was completed in 2012, and the house is fabulous!! It was selected by a local charity for its annual fundraising tour of distinctive homes. To this day we are still receiving compliments from passers-by whenever we sit out on the front porch. David was a pleasure to work with - always good-natured and accommodating - and very knowledgeable in all aspects of the design - including (but not limited to) exterior roofing and siding, interior woodwork, bathrooms, kitchen, and lighting.”

“Contacted Joshua about a home project and while architecture work was not necessary, instead of telling me he just couldn't help me, he spent a good amount of time over the phone providing recommendations for the type of companies that may be able to assist. As a result, when the need arises for work that Joshua may be able to assist with, I will certainly be contacting him in the future.”

“We have lived in a Nationwide home with a superior wall foundation for 27 years. We built our home in 1992. It is an excellent quality structure and was a pleasure to design. From cabinetry, flooring, fixtures, wall coverings and countertops coupled with a large selection of floor plans, we had a variety of choices in each category to truly make this home “ours”. The superior wall foundations used by Green Robin Homes has withstood the test of time with our home - no leaks, cracks or any other structural problems in the 27 years we have lived here. It has been a pleasure! Sincerely, Lori Reardon”
