“We had a great experience with Xpand in the building of our two-story deck. Andy, our Project Manager, was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly during the entire process. He was quick to respond no matter how I contacted him (email, text or phone call) and ready and able to solve any questions I had. He worked with us to make sure we were getting exactly what we wanted and followed up to ensure we were happy with the progress and final product. We're extremely happy with the new addition to our home and spend all of our free time hanging out on it. Our only regret is that we didn't hire Xpand years ago!”

“Robbie, Adam and there entire crew were great to work with. We had a large project at hand and they completed on time even with my many changes along the way. I love my new kitchen, bathroom and main floor laundry room so much I hired them back to do my master bathroom! “After our house experienced water damage from a faulty tub, we hired Stromberg Built to manage the repairs. In the process, we also decided to expand our kitchen, which required a floor to ceiling rework on our main floor. Marcus@Stromberg Built managed the project timeline, including multiple sub-contractors and vendors, and performed construction and finishing that ranged from external siding to new interior walls to flooring to finishing detail. He also fit this entire project into a schedule that corresponded to a planned out-of-town duration for our family, allowing us to return to a brand new kitchen. We love our new main floor and expanded kitchen and recommend Stromberg Built without reservation.”

“My husband and I have worked with Samantha Grose for the past 1-1/2 years during a whole house remodel plus addition. We both highly recommend her as someone who is very responsive, pleasant and knowledgeable in many areas and just an absolute gem to work with. She takes the time to get to know your personal sense of style, likes and dislikes and guides you in decisions without imposing her own will on you. She is just plain helpful when you are faced with what could be a daunting task. It takes talented, goal-oriented leadership with a proven plan to complete a remodel project on time. “Jon Tabor at Carter Custom initially helped us with replacing 2 fireplaces in our home. We were so happy with the work and with the service that we decided to use them to help us with other remodeling projects. Jon helped to design and construct 2 new bathrooms for us--- and made the process incredibly easy. He went out of his way to help us find a design and products which fit within our budget. The professionals who actually did the work were trustworthy, timely, and did a beautiful job. I would highly recommend Carter Custom Construction and will use them again in a heartbeat for another project.”
