“Steve Tatios from tatcor.com is first of all a gentleman who spent hours discussing my project before I even hired him. His ideas and dedication to detail was what I was looking for. In addition, I needed someone to design, draw and then take the project to completion. The work was outstanding in quality and detail. Anything we wanted to change or tweak, he was more than willing to do. The final project gets the "oohs and aahs" from friends one would hope for and our new basement is now the most fun and inviting part of the house. Multiple parts of the project were somewhat "out of the box" and Steve took to researching and handling the project. I highly recommend Tatcor.com. It is like a gourmet meal. It takes a few extra days but it is perfect when done.”

“Michael did an AMAZING job for us. One of the firms that we interviewed was an architect from the firm that designed the original job. He withdrew saying "your home is what it is, there's nothing that can be done to change it." Dakota Dawn gave us a whole new look with relatively minor exterior work. What they accomplished on the inside was remarkable. We would recommend them without reservation!”

“Reese and his team recently completed our row home kitchen renovation in South Philadelphia. Their quality of work was excellent and their prices very reasonable. Reese was always professional- very prompt to answer our questions, return calls, etc. They kept their tools and building supplies very organized and respected our home- even left the outside light on for us every night when they left. “Pete and his team did a complete refinishing of our basement. It was done in two stages: the first included designing the empty space to make it most functional for us. We needed apartment type living as our daughter and two granddaughters are living with us. We wanted as much light as possible which he accomplished with the installation of extra windows and great lighting. In addition to a living area, we needed a desk area, a bedroom and bath and plenty of usable storage. He covered existing support posts and added closets. The second stage was begun after three years when we decided a kitchen was also needed so Pete again used his design expertise by converting the desk area into a wonderful kitchen which includes plenty of cabinet and counter top space, a refrigerator, sink, dishwasher and stove along with the addition of a beautiful, functional breakfast bar. Pete and his carpenters, plumbers and others were always respectful, on time and kept us abreast of what was happening on a daily basis. There were no unexpected delays. We could not have asked for a better outcome.”

“My husband and I had Mike Monahan and his team do a large addition on our home this past year. we lived though the renovation and it wasn't painful at all. The project was started in October and was completed by March. At one point Mr Monahan asked me if we wanted to do a 2 piece crown molding though out our first floor. I told him that it wasn't in the budget. He went ahead and did it anyway at no additional cost because he valued us as his clients and new that would make the job look wonderful. We are super happy and could not recommend him enough”
