His crew worked late in order to get the job done. “My wife and I have been working with Michael Bauer for a few months now on the remodel of an existing home. It is a particularly challenging project as we are working with a very traditional designed home, but are wanting a more modern/minimalist facelift. Initially Michael is re-imagining the landscaping and outdoor functionality of our home with a focus on exterior presence and inviting spaces for entertaining. Next he will help us create a more flowing and lucid interior aesthetic with a focus on art presentation, and simple functional spaces. I have found Michael to be easy to work with and truly gifted in his ability to sculpt space. Although we are still in-process, Michael has earned my confidence. I am know that the project will be a success and that he will provide design solutions that are both functional and aesthetically pleasing with a modern/minimalist feel.”

“Rich Brya designed and built a house and studio for me. I'm very happy to have worked with them. Rich was very responsive to my wishes and the house fits us perfectly. Rich is great to work with, transparent about costs, and I love the design. My house is full of light, yet energy efficient. Sun comes in for thermal heating in the winter but not in the summer. My utility bills are lower than in my old house, although the square footage is larger. The house is solidly built, and after 5 years, I've had no problems. I love the house and feel happy every time I walk in.”
