“Very experienced. Has good inputs on design and materials. Collaborative during construction on decisions and revisions. They helped us create our design for an extended living room and kitchen from what had been three separate spaces . All follow-up issues were resolved without complaint and in a timely manner. We learned a great deal from GMB and we are delighted with the result and they are scheduled for our next projects! The final design was produced exactly as designed. GMB helped us understand: Always prepare a complete project description before starting. It can be modified as needed. Consider all material, appliances, fixture, and finish choices (and availability /delivery) way in advance for their installation or application. Understand delays in these decisions will impact the final completion date and progress GMB excelled at design help, finishes, carpentry, setting cabinets and appliances. They used excellent sub contractors when needed.”

Transparent in bookkeeping. Easily accessible on a moment's notice. Works amazingly well with designer and with subs. Terrific follow-through. Genuine interest in my happiness. As enthusiastic about the outcome as I am. I have already recommended them to another owner who has hired them, and I would definitely hire them again. Mine was a full 2-story condo remodel after a fire, where we gutted the entire place, moved the plumbing walls, removed lots of walls and ceilings, and used very artistic designs.”

“We first started working with DM Neuman in 2000. At that time there was a lot of building in our area, so we interviewed several builders and architects. Many were 1 or 2 man operations and we kept hearing about the difficulties getting subcontractors. We looked at properties they had built and spoke with several of their subs. They started our home in March and we moved in the day before Thanksgiving, on time and on budget! In 2008 we used them to build a large addition which also came in as promised. Over the years we had minor issues, especially before we moved in full time and they were always there to advise and help. as you can see, I can't say enough great things about DM Neuman's company and professionalism. Tony Rutgers has assembled an A team with dedicated foremen and supervisors to get the job done. He has subs that show up and get the job done and he is fair with the pricing of fixing mistakes.
