“I am so grateful that we selected Keselman for our first floor renovation. Our kitchen, living room, dining room, and bathroom all turned out so wonderful. They were really great to work with the entire time and surpassed my expectations. They were extremely prompt in responses, always keeping us updated, always treating us with such respect and keeping a tidy workspace every evening. (this was so important to us with three little ones and living through the renovation) It was truly a pleasure working with them and you can tell they keep their standards consistent with their contractors also. Any small hiccup or change that arose they were prompt to help us remedy and it never became a headache. Everyone had the same high standards of performance and attitude -- it didn't occur to me how important that all would be until we were knee deep in the project. I am extremely grateful and have been recommending them to everyone who asks. I would definitely use them again. “Excellent job! Highest recommendation. We hired Riviera Construction to completely gut and rebuild the interior of our home in the Chagrin Valley. Ken and his team did an amazing job of staying on-time and on-budget while delivering a superior result. Ken was on the job site every single day to make certain everything was going according to plan. If you've been through any remodeling before, you know that from time to time unexpected things will "pop up" due to construction details concealed within the walls. When Ken's team ran into these, they dealt with them swiftly and without undue increases in cost. Overall, our project came in slightly _under_ budget. The Riviera Team was so neat and efficient, that despite the scope of the job encompassing basically our entire home, we were able to continue living at the house in surprising comfort throughout the project. The Riviera Pros thoughtfully subdivided our living spaces with temporary walls; they worked on one side of the space while we lived on the other, and as rooms were completed, we were able to switch. I recommend Ken and his outstanding team of tradesmen without reservation. And yes, I would hire them again in a new York Minute!”

I have watched transformations in houses many would have torn down to build new, instead to see transformations that make you want to hire cornerstone. “CPK recently completed a complete reconstruction of my property. The property is historic making the project anything but routine. The team at CPK came recommended by my architect and I was not disappointed. they are professional, courteous , expert, timely, perfectionistic, rational, and realistic. They fairly represented the costs and timeline and offered valuable recommendations to resolve the challenges associated with the project. “We received proposals from three contractors that were recommended by the architect. All were very good. We decided to hire LHI after negotiations and interacting with several of his subcontractors. We also met with his cabinet maker and the site foreman. The entire package was the best. We were not disappointed. The time line was extremely on tract for the 12 week project. We were informed of what to expect for every day and never had a day without some work being done and some progress made. We made some modifications to the deck and that turned out better than expected. We added another deck modification which was completed during this project by the same crew. The level of workmanship was outstanding by all involved. They isolated the work area with plastic and covered the floors in all areas they frequented, including the finished basement where much of the plumbing, electrical and construction occurred. They kept the garage storage area organized and clean. They cleaned up the work area at the end of every day minimizing the disfunction of having a kitchen out of operation. The worked very well with my dogs, two energetic Irish Setters. The entire project was well organized from start to finish. We have been very satisfied with the whole project. They have been most receptive to followup as needed.”
