“I thought that finding an honest contractor who follows through with what they promise would be impossible but decided to take the chance with Essential and finally do my first renovation. I was very nervous at first but the contractor Peter was extremely patient and was with me every step of the way. His team which included a talented designer put together a picture perfect kitchen, powder bathroom and master bedroom bathroom. I was blown away by the attention to detail and if you’re looking for a wonderful experience limiting your stress level for such a major project then Peter and his team are a great fit.”

“I really can't say enough good things about Sound Harbor Development . They had built my house and the last thing to do was the basement which has just been finished . The millwork is so beautiful and the custom media room , laundry room , office, bathroom and rec room plus lots of great storage space which maximises every inch of space with great innovative idea's and this is just the basement which is just a continuation of the amazing design and millwork throughout the house . The contractor is a well renowned builder but such a personable person who's vision far exceeded my wildest expectations .I would highly recommend this to anyone ! if your lucky enough to get them .”

“Honey-Do-Men is our go-to company! When we first moved into our home, we had a leak in the roof over our living room and bathroom. Darrell came to our home the same day we called and got up on the roof to inspect. He notified us that the roof was in poor shape and would eventually need to be replaced. We asked him to buy us some more time, which he willingly accommodated - and did a wonderful patch job that same day. Years later, we sprung for a new roof and gutters. His team came out to our house, completed the job as scheduled and did a superb job! His team also fixed our crumbling chimney with beautiful new bricks. Darrell was always available to answer our questions every step of the way. No matter what we threw at him, he swung our requests out of the park and accommodated every single last detail. He knows his stuff and will steer you in the right direction for your home and budget. His office staff is also amazing and helpful beyond words. “Chris was reliable and honest , he followed through on everything he promised. What I really appreciated is that he takes personal responsibility for all of the work that is done. The contract clearly defined the work to be done and the amount I was to pay. I added work afterward, and Chris gave me more than a fair price for it. My new addition came out better then expected and my family will enjoy it for years.”
