“Can't say how much I love working with them. Nick and Bill are so straightforward, they have tons of experience, and a great eye for design. They are a father/son team and both have great things they bring to the table. They did a whole home gut + addition + remodel for us, and the craftsmanship on our house was wonderful. “Ca Bear is the best, for so many reasons. The first project we did with them was a complete kitchen remodel December 2020. We took down walls, opened up our entire layout and had the best experience ever. A few things that stuck out to us: The speed at which work was completed. So efficient, and that matters when you’re spending a lot of money. Everyday ended with a shop vac sweep and our home was left as clean as it could possibly be. The creative vision that Brenda had for us. I don’t have that lens so thank god for her! The communication that Brenda provided us each day, we always knew what was happening and if there were any changes. Her management was key. Our kitchen was completed 2.5 years ago now, and everyday we sit there and say, “we love our kitchen.” We just love it! After the kitchen we did a closet remodel, again, awesome. Salvador is an incredible wood worker and again, Brenda make the whole process so smooth. A year ago we did a basement and laundry room conversion into a bedroom and laundry/full bathroom. We couldn’t be happier. Everything is still looking amazing, the quality of work is superb. We are so happy. I take my referrals seriously, and I back CA Bear while heartedly. They’re good people, trustworthy and hard working. And to me that matters the most.”

“We hired IGreen builders to remodel our master bathroom. The company was the fourth we interviewed with and we were deeply impressed by Liron Knot wide experience, their design ideas and their reasonable price, so we offered them the job on the spot. We were so glad we did that! This was a wonderful team - Liron gave us lots of great ideas on the design. He was our project manager, and was very experienced and customer oriented. I often called him multiple times a day and he was always very patient to answer my questions and kept me updated on the daily schedule. The crew was very professional, courteous and highly skillful - we really love the great tile work. Tony and his folks did an excellent job. Now we enjoyed our beautiful bathroom everyday and we are so glad we hired this team. We love their work so much that we decided to remodel the two bathrooms upstairs as well with them, which are ongoing right now.”

“Franco runs a team of extremely skilled and extremely efficient carpenters, excavators and concrete crews. I have done many projects with them including smaller renovations, a very large renovation and a very challenging ground up house. To each project they brought an extremely talented team of craftsmen and completed the work with the utmost integrity and professionalism. “Bill Tomrose and his entire staff, architech, contractors and suppliers were extremely professional, knowledgeable, experienced, dedicated, detailed and very friendly men and women to work with, throughout the 9 months of our kitchen, dining room, family room and downstairs guest bathroom! The end results are way beyond what we could have dreamed!! Bill and everyone kept us very informed and on budget through evey detail. “Silvio and his team are fantastic. We have worked with them on two project over the course of several years - they remolded our basement and most recently our kitchen. Silvio is exceptionally professional, timely, and fair. HE also has great aesthetic taste; he has made suggestions to improve our house that our architect hasn't even thought about. We implemented many of them and haven't regretted any. His crew is friendly, respectful and hard working. I highly recommend them.”

“We found Rory when we decided to do some remodeling to our kitchen / living room and deck area of our San Francisco home. We put requests for quotes out to three contractors. Rory was the only one to respond quickly. When we met him we immediately felt comfortable with him. We described the work we wanted done and he made additional recommendations and helped us determine best solutions for things we were unsure how to accomplish. His quote was spot on without us even letting him know what our target budget was for the project. We had no reservations going with him without even looking at other contractors (which it turns out was good since the other contractors took months to get back to us!). Rory had other projects going, but scheduled ours in sensibly and set our expectations for the timeframe to finish the project. We were pleasantly surprised when, even though we added components to the scope, he and his crew completed the work well within the timeframe expected. His crew was professional and the job site cleaned up each evening. We have since had Rory come in to do piece meal projects and we know we can count on him to help us with anything we have need for (no job seems to small), and when needed he is able to recommend quality sub contractors, all of whom have done wonderful work (painters, electrician, etc.). We highly recommend Rory as a general contractor for any of your home improvement projects. He can take a job from start to finish professionally, for a good price with quality results.”
