“We had a wonderful experience with Rocco from start to finish. They were very patient in response to our uncertainty about what kind of kitchen redesign we wanted, helpful and creative in offering suggestions, and flexible when we changed our minds about things. Their pricing was reasonable and they were transparent about every aspect of the pricing. Their design team is amazingly creative and dynamic. We loved working with their architect, who brought ideas of his own to the table while listening very carefully and responsively to ours. Every single person--from the business end to the design and building end--that we encountered in the Rocco team was delightful: talented, responsible, communicative, and just plain nice. Having people in your house day after day can be trying, but it really wasn't with Rocco. The builders were friendly, quick in their work, as unobtrusive as they could possibly be, and great about always leaving things in good order when they left for the day. When small things went wrong, the team always took care of it in a timely manner (like some tiles that arrived broken -- not their fault, of course! but they took care of it and didn't let it slow down the work much at all). And we could not have been happier with the results. We love our new kitchen, which is both so much more practical than what we had and SO much more beautiful. I could not recommend the Rocco team more highly.”

“we had an outdated kitchen. we were not looking forward to tearing it up. We scheduled an appointment with Crispin. He was on time, had schetches with him from our phone conversation that let us know he was listening. His final draft was full of creative ideas and we were impressed with his knowledge and attention to detail. he may not be the cheapest contractor but the phrase "you get what you pay for" is most defintely true when you see his work. We will use him in the future to update our bathrooms. He also an approximately 100 wrap around metal deck to our home. Stunning!!!!”

“I was in BIG trouble! Due to a leak in my roof that had gone unnoticed for years, the entire side wall of my house was in danger of crashing to the ground. As Rob exposed the areas, it kept getting worse and worse than I had imagined. The rot was everywhere, and he discovered a lot of "sistering" from previous attempts to fix it. They were also rotten. Rob handled every aspect of this huge job with professionalism, determination, and sheer genius. There was NO WAY he was going to let my house fall apart, and it is now better supported than when it was first built back in 1964. I was really in a panic about it, but Rob's confidence was very calming. He reassured me every inch of the way. That was most appreciated. The supports he built were engineered specifically for the job. Safety was definitely a concern. Rob had to support one area before he could remove support from other areas. It was incredible to watch him work. As the job progressed towards completion, my smiles came more often. What a relief to have the house repaired! I am VERY happy with the result! This was the second of many projects that Rob has done for me. I will be submitting more reports (all excellent) on Rob Severs and Picture Perfect Home Improvements. Hire him with confidence and high expectations. You will not be disappointed. Description of work: Removed Shingles Supported exterior air conditioner platform Pulled out electrical wire Removed heaters Secured inside sill and stud work Removed inside insulation and cleaned wall Opened up wall to expose rotten beams and flooring Supported three areas Installed a junction box Installed insulation Installed 2x4s Installed quarter round Painted walls, spackled and caulked Painted floor trim Repaired rotten beams and flooring Powerwashed and bleached exterior decks and foundation”
