“Out of the 4 contractors that I interviewed and explained what I would like in my kitchen, Mike was the only one who knew immediately. He then proceeded to sketch out my kitchen right in front of me, exactly how I envisioned it. The trades people for cabinets (Samantha), flooring, electrical, drywall ( Kelly), painter all were very knowledgeable about their products and installation for cabinets was above and beyond. Mike has been very professional, honest and caring in his dealings with us. What he quoted was exactly what we paid , except a couple things I changed we paid extra for. Mike knew we were on a budget and he proceeded most economically and efficiently for us. Started demo Nov 2/21 finished Nov 30/21 , with a few touch ups in December. Would highly recommend this company, If you want it done properly and done right Bella Rosa Developments is the choice.”

“In 2014, we purchased a 1625 sq ft bungalow in Bow Meadows and after several meetings, chose Align Developments to do a major interior renovation of the main level. The flooring was replaced with hardwood and tile, the kitchen was completely redesigned with new cupboards and an island, a garage entrance laundry room/bathroom was replace with a redesigned laundry area and walk through pantry connecting to the kitchen, the master bedroom en suite was enlarged and brightened and lighting throughout was up graded. Some walls were moved or re-oriented. It was a significant renovation, and we were dealing with time and budget restrictions. The bottom-line is that the project was finished on-time and on-budget and all of our expectations for our new home were met or surpassed. Align Developments gave us untold amount of advice and options as we moved through the process. Graham worked diligently always keeping us informed of the progress and made sure that we were making the choices we needed to make to keep the project on schedule and on budget. A really strong point in dealing with Align Development and Graham Torrie was that Graham really listened to us when we expressed our concerns or preferences. He was always considerate of the fact that doing a reno like this can be stressful and he went out of his way to put us at ease throughout the process. We very strongly endorse Align Developments (Graham Torrie) for any renovation project you may be planning. There is a level of integrity and expertise that Align Development offers make them a choice you will not regret.”

“Kinash Construction helped me with my home renovation. We added an secondary suite to the side of our house and a dormer to the room above the garage. (see house renovation pictured with the red house.) Jay Kinash, the owner, is very knowledgeable with the the whole building process from designing to framing and finishing. He is also very well connected in the community and knows the best tradesmen to help with all the extras. His quotes are accurate and his employees are respectful and hard workers. He even trusted me enough to do a few simple jobs. Overall very happy to have hired Kinash Construction to do our renovation! It went as smoothly as construction can go! I would recommend for any type of construction or project.”

“Reflect Renovations, through owner Jay Coy, completed several projects for us over the last few years. A complete remodel of our second story (3 bedrooms and two baths), update of our master bedroom, ensuite and office, complete rebuild of our main floor patio, complete revamp of our laundry room, new construction of a beautiful wine room and recently complete overhaul of our kitchen. Obviously, we love the workmanship, professionalism and attention to planning and execution. Otherwise we wouldn't keep coming back to Reflect. Highly recommended.”

“We hired ReNEWall Projects to complete exterior work on our home in 2015. The work that was completed included the replacement of our existing cedar shake roof with Euroshield Euroshake rubber roofing and our existing vinyl siding with James Hardie siding. We found the supervisor and the work crew to be very respectful and thorough in the work that they completed. Even the neighbors on both sides commented on how professional the crews were during the project. They kept the yard and work area clean and went the extra mile in ensuring they protected our duradeck by covering the entire area with plywood and tarps during the entire length of the project. We are very pleased with the finished product and would recommend ReNEWall Projects for any home improvement needs you may have. Scott and Corinne, Airdrie, Alberta”

“We hired MTC Contracting to redo our master bedroom bathroom. We took it right down to the studs and started over. The reconstruction was done in a very professional manner. All the people involved in this project were very polite, even as we made changes on the go, and worked with us suggesting changes we could make to enhance the final product. We were not in a real rush to get the bathroom done so they could schedule us around other projects they were working on at the same time. We had previously purchased a the vanity we wanted so once most of the work was completed and it came time to install the vanity everything fit perfectly in place. Some modifications had to be made when installing the shower as we had a custom bench installed and with the shower head we had purchased it had to be anchored to the ceiling, but this proved not to be a problem as adjustments were made on the fly to get everything anchored and working properly. We also had some special shower wall tiles they integrated into the normal shower wall tiles. All in all we are very satisfied with the end product and the professional manner in which all the work was done, right down to the painting.”

“Our Bathroom had not changed much in 20 years and was in need of an entire renovation. Bryan and Ronaye were great at helping us with all the aspects of the reno. They provided time lines that we need supplies by and were always keeping us up to date on the progress. I'm not great with colours and design, so Ronaye's input and ideas were invaluable We love our new bathroom and would not hesitate to recommend their services. We also had Bryan back in the summer to build a front deck. We demolished the stone steps ourselves (Don't do that - hire Bryan) and then had Bryan build beautiful new front steps and deck. Again - great work.”
