There were a few moments where we changed our minds on finishes, and they were patient and flexible with us. The workmanship was really good, especially the bathroom tile and flooring installation. Pricing was fair compared to others we spoke to. It’s hard to find contractors you can trust, but these guys earned it!”

“Did a 2 bathroom remodel with Only Kitchens and Baths and I’m glad we did. We had an older home so there were some surprises behind the walls, but they handled it without making it a huge headache for us. I appreciated that they didn’t try to upsell everything and actually gave practical suggestions. The tile work especially came out really nice. Not the cheapest quote we got, but you can see where the money went!”

“We commissioned from Dickinson Cabinetry various highly-customized pieces that we ourselves designed in rough using SketchUp (3D modeling software). - A double-sided shoe cabinet with bench that fits between two walls and can be used from both sides. - Kitchen cabinetry, including open wall shelves, cabinets that fit under a staircase, and even a breakfast bar. - A whole-wall hanging entertainment unit (notice that it floats above the floor). - Primary bathroom's hanging vanity. The pieces look great and work very well. The material is of high quality and we expect the pieces to last a long time. Dickinson's service was also great: they came back and made all the adjustments and put in all the final polish to make sure everything turned out the way we wanted.”
