“Majestic Builders/Robert Terry did a complete and total Remodel of my backyard including, New Pool, New Plumbing, High Tech Lighting and custom Water Feature, New Deck and Fire Pit, New Electrical, Beautiful Modern Patio Structure, Landscaping.. the works. We couldn't be happier with our new backyard. All of our guests tell us that it feels like they are in a resort. Robert and his company were professional, prompt, communicative and most importantly on time and on budget. We will continue to use this contractor as long as there are jobs to get done. “I found Adam on a list of contractors for a drought tolerant landscaping project for my front and side yard. I interviewed several and they all provided me with a written quote however I chose Water-wise Landscaping. I wanted to be eligible for a city rebate also. His knowledge and familiarity with smart controllers installation and programming was a plus. I contracted with a landscape architect for the design and completion of the form to be given to the city to be eligible for the rebate. I chose Adam because his quote for service was thorough and easy to understand. He collaborated with the architect too. Adam was accurate in his time frame projections. He started the project on time as stated. Weather was a consideration. Communicating and confirming each step was clear. He also made sure he swept the drive way and sidewalk every day upon completion of that day's work. His completion of this project was on time per his estimated date. I was so happy with the outcome I then hired him to upgrade my back yard irrigation as well. Again his professionalism was spot on. I would recommend him to all.”

“When our wooden wall washed out a few months ago during a major winter storm, we were faced with a project we had neither planned to do at the time, nor did we have any idea how to approach a solution. The problem was not just the wall that had collapsed on us, but that every year a kind of waterfall would come down the hill above us gushing between the wooden wall and a concrete wall next to it. It was a drainage nightmare, one which we had no idea how to address. After talking with three companies that seemed able to do this work, we decided on Environment Control. Phil Evans, Director of Landscape Services, had clear ideas of what was needed and was willing to work with us on a proposal that would create a French drain to gather the waters, and direct it to an existing lower drain, ultimately to funnel out to the adjacent field. Environment Control’s attention to detail was impressive, as was their interest in our thoughts and ideas. The workers were happy to answer our questions and implement our requests as the project progressed. And when they took several days longer than had originally been scheduled (we weren't under a deadline to complete the project), they didn’t add to the labor cost of the work and honored the original bid. As a bonus, one of the workers added new shredded bark to make the landscape areas look new again. In the end, we have two beautiful walls and a solution to a drainage problem that has plagued us since we moved here 14 years ago. We highly recommend Environment Control.”

“Lavish Gardens provided a complete landscape design for front and back yards. The design was excellent. It suited our lifestyle perfectly and provided some features that pushed the envelope. We were able to pick the elements that worked for us. We did most of the actual landscaping ourselves. It was incredible to have a complete vision when we started the installation. It is so much better this way instead of installing things in dribs and drabs. I thoroughly enjoyed the whole process.”
