“This was our first time purchasing a new home and Hebert Homes was an amazing company to work with! After consultation with Nikki, we decided that we would build a new home. It was great to work with a professional who really took the time to understand my family and what we were looking for long term. I felt like we couldn't have gone wrong either way as their model homes were outstanding but we lucked out with our dream lot :) Nikki helped guide us through every step in the decision making process and ensured that we knew what was going on the whole time. They take pride in their work and you can tell in the final product. I have friends that have decided to go with other "large" building corporations and their experience hasn't been near the concierge experience my family had with Hebert Homes. They aren't building 300 homes a year so they have the time to help you and make you feel important. Hebert Homes provides a true costume home built with love. “Back in the year 2012 our bathroom was in desperate need of some work. I had 3 estimates done. The first 2 I didn't get a good feeling about, when Greg stepped into our house I knew he was the person I wanted to have do our bathroom. He was so down to earth, honest, professional all around great person!! We were having a wedding in June of that same year. I liked the fact Greg had so many ideas on what we could do things I never would have thought of. They started the job in May and had the job done in time for the wedding. My husband and I were both working at the time and I felt VERY, VERY safe having them here working during the day while we were at work. Building Renewal have done several jobs for us we have also referred him to other people who have been happy as well with the work they do!! We will NEVER have anyone else do the work as long as Building Renewal are in business. The bathroom turn out better than I could have imagined you want this company for your next anything!!!!”

“Ron Ungerman, owner of Ungerman Construction has performed many jobs for me in the last 25 years, I will not have any other company come into my house to perform any work. His employees are the most knowledgeable, neat in their work, always punctual to show up at the set time....While I lived in my old house (40 years) they did remodeling and when I put the house on the market UC did all the repairs necessary... When I purchased my Edina condo in 2007 UC did a complete remodel replacing all flooring, total kitchen and bathrooms, closets and laundry room as well as painting the whole unit. Four years ago I contacted them again as there was a leak from the upstairs unit and I had a flood in one bedroom and closet--within the hour from when I called, I had two guys show up with huge fans to dry up the areas of the damage and had those fans run for days until everything was dry and the damage was repaired and painted. I have recommended them thru the years to all members of my immediate family for very extensive remodeling and repairs with complete satisfaction and reasonable pricing....These are the reasons why I am giving them a 5 stars rating !!!!! I wish I would have photos but I am a "klotz" with a camera in my hands.... Sincerely, Dalia Katz”
