“We were searching for a home when we moved back to Asheville, and happened to stumble on a house that Kevin and Timber Creek were about to complete construction on. Everything worked out perfectly and we were able to purchase the house and we are so glad we did! The house has been a wonderful home for us. There are so many details that they thought of and so much custom work which makes our home one of a kind! They really thought of everything! 4 years later and we still get so many compliments on how well built the house is and how much attention was paid to the details. We couldn’t be happier and Kevin has been very helpful in answering any questions we have had, even to this day!”

“Project was a major house renovation to include creating an open concept floor plan. Entire house was renovated from the ground up and inside to outside. Demolition and construction went smoothly and in a timely manner. Contractor was very responsive to our ideas and helpful in the design of our project. “Annette is amazing at what she does. She not only ensures her work is as exact as it can possibly be... she also goes above and beyond by assisting when difficult issues with other contractors and or structural issues as well. I recommend her highly as she is prompt, fair with her pricing and always available should you have a question. She also is someone who likes to come see the job after it's finished so she can see how her plans worked out. Amazing and outstanding designer and person! Will call back again for future projects and have recommended her already to my neighbor! Excellent!”

“I had the pleasure of having Riverstone Construction paint my house as well as kitchen and bath remodeling. The company seemed to have it all together with well groomed employees. As a business owner myself making the customer feel comfortable especially working out of your home is a big deal. Before I even asked Jassan Robbins the owner of Riverstone Construction told me he did background checks to ensure he himself had good safe employees working under him. The day the crew showed up to my house they knocked on my door and introduced themselves as employees of Riverstone Construction and wanted me to know they were here and would be starting work and if I had any questions to please feel free to ask. As the week went on things needed attention such as issues with water damage that were not visible until construction started. Jassan helped me find the best possible way to take care of the issue and save money in the process. I defiantly would have Riverstone Construction back for the next project and highly recommend this company to anyone.”

“My wife and I were referred to Allen and Sons Construction for the purpose of designing an EZ-Breeze room as an addition to our existing home along with a new patio. We were contacted by an associate of Allen and Sons, Bobby Horne. From the first time we met Bobby and Dave [Allen], we were quite impressed. Their professionalism, knowledge and recommendations surpassed our expectations. The quality of the workmanship from all of their contractors was superb, especially Mike, who clearly is the best. Both Bobby and Dave kept us well informed with each step of the process, even with "supply chain" challenges. Our project from the beginning to the end was a joy to watch. We were so impressed with the final product that Allen and Sons will be back soon for a make over of our master bathroom.”

“We hired The Ritchie's to replace the rotten wood siding with Hardie siding and trim, create a Master Closet and create an outside storage room.on our second home. They met with us, offered great ideas and provided a quote and anticipated schedule. Since we were away the majority of the construction, John took photos of the progress and emailed them to us. We never had one disagreement during the entire 6-month project. John, Diane and their subs were all professional and were respectful of our belongings and kept the project clean. The installation went well and was finished in the time stated. The siding lines are true and the joints are clean.. The new master closet is excellent and the outside storage room is fantastic. We will definitely use their services again!”

“I was building a garage and needed a drawing for the county to approve my building permit. Steve was very helpful and understanding as I was trying to get things updated quickly to get the permit. Steve was able to make all the updates needed quickly and make it look exactly how I wanted for the county to approve the building permit. Very easy to work with, on time and within budget. Steve was fantastic, in fact I am planning on using him again for anther project I hope to put in later this fall or early next year.”
