“Was speaking with a freind about a possible bathroom renovation (tiles, plumbing, plastering etc.) and he introduced me to Dan from Forever Builders. We discussed quotes other companies had provided for us, however I was still skeptical. He provided me with an extremely reasonable quote BUT ALSO guaranteed 24/7 contact with him incase I had any questions at all hours of the day. He and his team were amazing. Kind, freindky, but most importantly efficient. Since then (October 2018) i have recommended them to many freinds. Thank you guys!”

“Review of Mathis Custom Remodeling: We contracted with Phil Mathis in August, 2004 to completely remodel our master bath. The price was competitive and the workmanship was excellent. We selected Phil to remodel our second bath in November, 2006 - a major undertaking. Good price and another excellent job! Just recently (January, 2013), we had Phil modernize our living room, dining room, hallway and entryway. Not only does Phil do excellent work, he has also provided us with design ideas and advice. “Brewster Drafting House is a GO-TO Choice for David Michael Designs, we have worked together for years now and he is one of the most responsive and clearly talented designers around. We have since worked on countless projects and I would highly recommend him time and time again. His work is fast, clean, sharp, and on budget. He is well versed in Lumion, and SketchUp as well as Chief Architect. I can not say enough good things here, it's a no-brainer choice. Our last client told me that he was so impressed with Brewsters 3D, that his wife was not sure how we had "Built" the house before we even completed the blueprints. “After finding him on Yelp with good reviews, we had BVM design a 655 sq. ft. residence that incorporated a pre existing building. He was responsive to emails and calls and gave us a surprising number of designs. He was able to give us exactly what we wanted, despite our ideas being communicated rather poorly over the many many interruptions of small children. It was not cheap, but I don't really know what others charge. Also, when our general contractor saw the plans he said "boy, this guy knows how to draw!!" Overall, he was really easy to work with, gave us exactly what we wanted, and impressed other professionals in his field. What more could you want??”

“I hired Groysman Construction to do remodeling of the kitchen in my house and also to add high-efficiency high-airflow fans in two bathrooms. The remodeling was largely limited to replacing old appliances by the new ones. This required the electrical wires and terminals be replaced and the existing cabinets be modified to fit to the new appliances. Regarding installation of the fans, Groysman Construction discovered that existing ducts were too narrow and did not match the new fans' specifications. They proposed the ducts be replaced and they offered for that part of the job only very small fee, which surprised me a lot (pleasantly surprised, I might add). The overall job was done very well and in the promised time. In my estimation the total fee for the job was very competitive. I was very satisfied with Groysman Construction. If an opportunity arises, I would hire them again. -RD, Rancho Bernardo, San Diego”

“Mike did a whole house window replacement for us. He is knowledgeable, and was very responsive from beginning of the project to final finishing. I can tell he has been in this business for long time and has real hands on experience. It was a major project or us, so we had many questions, and we just asked him. I highly recommend him, as he really knows all aspects of general contacting work, from sales, permits, planning, and to actual installation. His price is very reasonable, and we are very satisfied with the end result.”
