    “Lou Lou's Decor, the interior design firm which designed this home, had the pleasure of working with Mike on this project. Mike's expert building skills transformed this home from ordinary to extraordinary! We work with very high end finishes and materials, and Mike was the perfect fit for the installation and construction. Mike is always thinking ahead, and provides great input to our designs from a construction standpoint. He is very dependable, always adhering to schedule and budget, completing his excellent work, on time and under budget that is! Since completing this complete redo of a master suite, powder room and master bathroom, Mike and I have collaborated on several other projects for my clients. He is my go-to resource for remodeling. I highly recommend bringing him on board for your next project!”

    “I've known Tom Flynn since I bought my home on the Cape over 10 years ago. Since that time Tom has done many home improvement projects for me, including replacing all of the original windows, new shingles for the entire house, replacing the insulation in the basement ceiling, and replacing patio door with a French door. His workmanship is always first-rate and most importantly he provides written contracts that outline not only the work and costs but the timeline for when he will start and finish. No surprises. I highly recommend him for any job you might have for your property.”

    “Great Harbors Home Services has done a lot of interior and exterior work for me on my Cape Cod home. They show up, finish the job, and are reasonably priced. Their work is nothing less than perfect and professional. They communicate very well with the customer and keep them informed. Great Harbors refurbished old, rotting, carpenter ant eaten clapboards on the front of my house and shed to beautiful composite board that will last forever. They transformed my office space inside my home to a beautiful workspace (covering a horrible dark purple on the walls)--installed laminate floor and built a closet and painted/finished the entire space. A small project they did was adding a beadboard accent to the peninsula in my kitchen. They will be renovating two more bedrooms for me with laminate floor. I still use them for whatever home projects I have because they are experts--I will not be calling any other contractor. See attached photos for their work. Call Josh 774-238-2219. You will not be disappointed.”

    “I hired Rebecca Poole to draw up plans for a new 2 car garage that I will be having built. When we met with her, and I explained what we were looking for, she took some measurements to begin work. After a very short time, she notified me that the elevations were done, and after that, the final plans were generated. All of the plans were of excellent quality.....very professional !! Rebecca was a pleasure to work with, and her services were reasonably priced. I highly recommend Rebecca if you are looking for this type of service, and would hire her again in a second if needed.     “Architectural Design, Incorporated, architects on Cape Cod, MA company principals John Ingwersen, Andrew Miao and Peter Haig are all experienced Cape and Islands architects with degrees from Harvard and MIT, with wide-ranging design experience. The company was strongly recommended by former clients when we were looking for an architectural firm to design a unique home on Cape Cod that was a blend of both Cape Cod/Nantucket and Japanese design elements. We were fortunate to work with all 3 principals who each brought complementary skills to the task. There were many challenges bringing these diverse architectural design criteria together into a coherent, liveable home design. AD, Inc. was more than up to that challenge delivering a complete set of drawings and construction blueprints and documentation that met our requirements exactly and the builder found perfect to work with. The design phase of the project was completed on time within the budget established up front. AD, Inc. also provided oversight during the construction phase of the project consulting with the builder and owners on a number of issues as the work progressed. A number of new materials were used successfully which AD researched and recommended as appropriate for this project. We would recommend AD, Inc. to anyone planning to design a high quality project, especially if there are unique elements in the design that require creative solutions. JDC - Orleans, MA”

    “I was unexpectedly faced with a significant construction project as a result of wear and tear and water damage. the entire front porchway and second floor deck as well as a retaining wall needed immediate work. I contacted Mr. LaPuma who came out and assessed the situation. He gave me a true estimate that was financially competitive and accurate as to time. He was true to his word and started the job, after full permitting, on the day he had proposed and finished the job within one day of his original projection. it is rare to find a true professional in the construction trades --- Dream Builderz and Mr. LaPuma are such professionals. Reliable, quality work done with precision and pride.”

    “Jennifer Drain from Archiplicity was fantastic to work with for our new house design and construction project on Nantucket. She designed a layout that works for the way we live but also has a nice flow and interesting design. The exterior is stunning to look at and really captured the look we wanted, even with tight regulatory restrictions. As our project progressed, Jenny was a great problem-solver and budget-saver. She provided great customer service and creative solutions at every step. I'm so glad we took her advice on so many decisions. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a talented designerd who is reasonably priced and responsive to her clients.”
