“R. L. Rider Co. worked with me to remodel the living room, dining room, bedroom, and kitchen of my 1870s farmhouse. This included redoing walls, adding crown moldings, moving a doorway, matching bead board, and a complete kitchen gut remodel (including design services). The work is absolutely stunning. I would not have believed the result had I not lived through the process, which they made as smooth as possible. Constant communication. “We contracted The Johnson Group to build our cottage on a small lake. Before selecting them we spoke with numerous other builders and considered contracting it ourselves. We selected them for a number of reasons which all proved to be correct in the end. It took eight months from the time we first spoke with them until we signed a contract and they were there to assist and answer any questions through the entire time. When our discussions first started all we had was an idea from a home we had once been in and a lousy hand drawn sketch and they worked with us to bring it to fruition. As cost was important to us, they they worked with us to design something that fulfuilled our dreams and stayed within our budget. Since we have started the building process they have looked above and beyond for ways to save money and any savings they have found they have passed directly along to us. They have established relationships with suppliers that enable them to purchase quality materials at wholesale prices. This was a key factor in our decision to utilize their services rather than doing this project on our own. This isn't the first home we've built, it isn't the first contractor we've worked with, but it is truly the one we'd recommend first.”
