“Legacy Renovations has done a number of projects for me. Most recently, however, was my kitchen renovation. This involved essentially a complete demo as everything from flooring to cabinetry and appliances was replaced. Time was taken when necessary to help make choices and make recommendations and I'm pleased with all of the results. Reputable, follows through, professional, trustworthy, and the perfectionism you want in a contractor! I would and have recommended them to many friends and family. It's always nice to know you can trust someone in your home if you cannot be there and when working on small to major projects!”

“We have hired old south 3 times over the past 10 years. The first time was to put an addition on our house, the second was to re configure my living/dining and family room, the third time was to completely landscape my yard and install a pool and covered pavilion. With each project, I only had a slight idea what I wanted. Thanks to the great design staff who took my half baked ideas and turned them into the beautiful property I have today. Any concerns I ever had were answered promptly. Even though this is a very busy company, I always felt I was their only client. The personal attention was awesome! I can't wait to have them back to re-do my kitchen.”

“Wade Bowman has an incredible staff who do the highest quality work. Additionally they keep the jobsite clean and safe and are attentive to every detail of construction and code compliance. They installed a large bonus room for us above our den and we are completely satisfied with everything about their work. We are considering adding a porch to the front of our home and will certain use Plantation when we move forward. I cannot say enough positive in support of Wade and his personnel. And their prices are very reasonable !!!”

“Construction Ahead took my outdated, childhood home and turned it into a completely different space with a dream kitchen, fabulous master on main, and an award winning master bathroom. And, of course, my husband's favorite, the screened in porch with wood-burning fireplace. My family used to refer to the traditional floor plan as an "ant-farm" and now we have open spaces that flow together perfectly. Living through the construction was actually a fun experience. Well,except not having a working kitchen! We had something new to see everyday and were kept updated on the schedule. We knew what was coming and when. The crew kept everything super neat and the only complaints we had about construction dust was because of our dog! And nothing was more fun than working through the designs! We were given numerous options and color renderings of what the space would look like. I still love comparing the renderings to the final photos. It's been 2 years since the construction was complete and the place is still like new!”

He listened to our ideas and wishes, then made them come true with the finest quality craftsmanship we could imagine, exceeding all expectations. (On time and on budget!). We could not be more pleased with the entire experience. Since the completion of our home we have called Brian to help us with a few additional projects. “Anyone who works in SFH REI knows how difficult it is to find a good vendor. Look no further! US Legacy is by far the simplest vendor to work with. They were my go-to GC when I worked in renovations, and upon switching to a new company, I was pleased to find that their maintenance department is just as reliable!!! They work quickly; never overestimate with unnecessary repairs (huge plus when working in REI); communication is fast and clear; provide market pricing (many times even below market prices); work is completed on time, within budget, and always good quality. They even have an appliance repair team that handles ONLY appliance repairs, which means repairs get completed sooner than expected. I could not over-recommend them! Great team of people working here, keep up the good work!”
