“Fred Parker and his son Ron Parker are currently building my new home, and the quality and professionalism is outstanding. They are extremely thorough in planning and anticipating situations and formulating solutions to prevent unexpected problems. They use only high quality and reputable subcontractors. Their goal is to build a home that will stand the test of time. Fred Parker has been building homes for 50 + years, and recently received a Lifetime Achievement Award by the Greater Fort Worth Builders Association for his contribution to building issues in Fort Worth. Update Dec 2015: I have been living in my beautiful home now for a year, and the follow up service by Fred Parker has been outstanding. Fred and his son Ron treat my home like it their prized possession. They take so much pride in the quality of the work, their service, and their client relationships. I highly recommend them to anyone considering building or remodeling .”

“Modern Craft has now completed three different projects for me. Each one has been a resounding success. Wiley has a gift for envisioning solutions to problems where others have given up. He works closely with the client to maintain budget and has always kept the job within the time frame promised. We wanted a screened in patio attached to our home and had worked with a space planner to develop an idea for that. We were unable to achieve our goal until we met Wiley, two days later we were presented with a solution and have enjoyed that room for several years now. “Rick and company did a complete redo of our kitchen-down to the studs in 2015. Opened up a wall between our eating area and our den and changed the location of 2 doorways to give us more cabinet space and a better 'flow' for entertaining. His subs were top notch and cleaned up well at the end of each day. We only had a couple of things that had to be corrected and this was done in a timely fashion. Our home is 80 years old and the necessary care was take when needed. Rick listens and makes good suggestions to improve your ideas. Budget was respected and met. In 2017 he added a large pergola over our patio that extends to our pool area .This is attached to out house so we didn't want just anyone drilling into our home. It is exactly what we wanted. He came highly recommended and did not disappoint. Would recommend him 100%. Can't say enough good things about Rick and his staff!! The Wheelers”

“The Verde Outdoors team- led by Colby W. really did a great job every step of the way. We had a pretty good idea of how we wanted the pool to look and Colby made additional suggestions and revisions that were spot-on and really made a difference in the end result. From keeping us up to date on schedule, costs and materials- the communication was great and everything ran more smoothly than expected. We did not experience the delays, over-runs and mis-communications that many of our acquaintances warned us about with other pool builders. From start of construction to swimming- it was only about 60 days- phenomenal in today's market! They may not be able to replicate quite that speed every time, but I know Colby and Levi will do everything they can to get you swimming ASAP.”

“They were very professional when I asked them to give me a generalized bid (dollar per square foot) on a custom home, and I was up front that I had a builder already in mine but wanted to make sure I was in the ballpark for custom home pricing. They had built a home for my neighbors and had done a great job. Ultimately I went with the builder I had already begun the process with, and this particular builder is very closely tied to my family. Had this not been the case, I'm confident Amber DiLane would have been my top 1 or 2 choice based on the work I've seen, recommendations from others who've used them, and overall reputation.”
