“Jamie and his team recently completed an extensive renovation of my condo. The project included new wood flooring for the entire first floor, four different tile projects, installation of a glass railing system, custom wood wall covering as well as several small projects. The craftsmanship of everyone involved was fantastic. The attention to detail throughout the project was amazing. Jamie is very knowledgable and was a tremendous help to me as my vision of what I wanted evolved. The transformation of my space is phenomenal and I would not hesitate to recommend Jamie.”

“I recently had my deck completely re-built by KCT, and they did not disappoint. Right from the initial quote to the end of the job these guys did exactly what they said they would, and even upgraded some items to ensure it turned out top-notch. Kyle, Chase, and Trevor were professional, they showed up everyday, and communicated well throughout the process. They built the deck per my specifications, and were very responsive to my questions and additions that were requested mid-project. Every time they came across a decision in building, their choice was always the way that made the deck better, not quicker/easier. I truly appreciate their efforts and would not hesitate to use them again. Thanks again guys!”

“The guys at Elevation Construction and Design were fantastic to work with. Not only were they genuinely nice guys, they were flexible, communicative, and reliable. Plus, the quality of their work was great! There were a couple of challenges during the project that were out of their control but they did everything they could to keep on schedule and ensure high quality work. Truly, these guys went above and beyond what I’ve seen from anyone else. I’m obsessed with my new kitchen and I highly recommend these guys for any of your construction/renovation needs!”

“Scott Christopher, or more specifically his renovation company Surpass, did a spectacular job completely remodeling our 1946 Cape Cod lake house. Previously it had very limited views of the lake but today, with the addition of a new kitchen space and elimination of numerous walls, the lake is visible from virtually every room. While the house has clearly been modernized his cabinet makers and workmen preserved the traditional feel of our old house. In addition, we signed on with a specific finish date in mind, December 24, giving them barely 4 months to complete. Although it frequently required weekend construction, which we lived through, they were done on the 20th.”

“We couldn't be happier with Berghuis Construction. They built our house start to finish on time and under budget. Josh Berghuis had great design ideas and was very collaborative to work with. He always answered my phone calls or got back to me right away. The workmanship Berghuis Construction did for us is fantastic, everything still looks beautiful 2 years later. They were always able to answer our questions and work with us on things we wanted changed. I would definitely recommend them to anyone - and in fact have had several friends and relatives use them and be happy with them as well. I can't say enough great things about this company!”

“Platinum, honesty, integrity, efficiency. Need I say more? We have built 5 homes in the past 15 years with multiple builders. Platinum by far builds the highest quality home for a very very fair price. They have hand selected subs that are held to the highest standards. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a West Michigan builder no matter how large or small the project. I have toured homes they have built from 1500 sq ft to 7000 sq ft. the quality and attention to detail doesn't change! We will never have to look for another builder again, Platinum is our pick. “After we lost our home due to fire in Southeast Michigan, we decided to start a new life--and new home--on the west side of the state. Every time we saw a house that appealed to us in Grand Haven, we were told that it had been built (or renovated) by Pushaw Builders. So, we interviewed Bill Pushaw after settling on a house for renovation that had been originally built by Habitat for Humanity. Wife Debbie and I were immediately attracted to Bill's genuine way. Denny Dryer, a local architect created a plan and turned it over to Bill and his people. Jeff Bartz, the main roughing carpenter worked like a red squirrel. And Paul Veach, Pushaw's finish carpenter, who has a fine arts degree, created a front entrance (as just one example) that looks like a piece of furniture. Every tradesman that Pushaw brought to the job--Chris Larson, the electrician; C.J., the tile man, Jose Rangel, the painter; the list goes on and on--was a craftsman in his own right. My wife and I knew that we were going to get a beautiful new house in the end. Little did we realize that we would wind up with a custom craftsman-style home.. If there's a better, more honest, more conscientious builder that Bill Pushaw of Pushaw Builders, we're not aware of him. ---Len Bokuniewicz, Grand Haven, MI”
