“During the bidding process, I was a bit put off by their name.....Luxury.....it sounded expensive to me....but their bid turned out to be very competitive for the scope of work. I am very pleased with my project. The tile team, Johnny and Nelu, were especially impressive. The entire remodel team was friendly, customer oriented, and professional. Sam was also very accommodating. Jerzy made the bidding and materials selection process painless. The project was completed on the schedule they laid out at the beginning, and it was great to be able to follow the details of my job's schedule, financial, procurement, change orders, etc. on their website. They handled the inevitable snags in a job this size quickly and efficiently. I hope to do my other bathroom with them next spring.”

“Extensive remodel to add Bedroom, Full Bathroom, and walk-in closet. Post-tension slab, so created some complications to tie-in all the plumbing, but dealing with Travis was effortless. Scheduling was a breeze and were always on time and very professional. We were living in the house during the remodel, the crew was minimized all the construction debris on a daily basis. I enjoyed working with Travis so much that I am going to hire him to build a new custom house.”

“Chris Nelson of Peak Construction and Design delivered exactly what I asked him to complete for a project I designed in Palm Desert. Chris is very detail oriented and brought excellent sub contractors to the project. I was impressed with Chris' ability to manage the subs and get the very best work for my Client. There were definitely some delays in our schedule due to material availabilities and design changes on our part, but even with Chris managing multiple projects, he still managed to fit us into his busy schedule and keep the project moving. His thoughtful approach to translating the design details into reality was appreciated and he was a pleasure and a professional to work with from beginning to end. I highly recommend him and his company and look forward to working with him again on future projects.”

“We hired Alair Homes Chandler to update our kitchen and master bath shower. We chose them over other contractors, not only for their years of experience, but for their communication skills. If we had any issues, our concerns were addressed right away. The project manager even went out of his way to bring shower glass samples to my workplace. The other workers were courteous and professional and the subcontractors were vetted. Our kitchen and master bath are beautiful. We highly recommend Alair Homes Chandler and will use them for future projects.”

“I hired Luxe Showroom Ltd. for two sequential projects: a kitchen remodel and bathroom renovation. I can't say enough about how accomodating they were during both projects. If there was a need for a change or modification they made it happen. Nothing was too much trouble. The kitchen renovation included replacement of all cabinetry, granite countertops, sink, backsplash, and some appliances and electrical work. They came up with a way to creatively re-use some of the existing cabinets and counters as a craft/work bench in the basement, which required some challenging carpentry work. The bathroom renovation was a complete rip out and reinstall. The designer and craftsmen worked with my 16 year old daughter to come up with a modern yet functional design, with totally custom tilework and innovative lighting. They were totally flexible in allowing us to do as much or as little of the sourcing and work as we wanted. Any minor glitches were dealt with promptly and effectively and without controversy.Budget estimates were met, and adjusted fairly if changes were significant. Overall, I would recommend them in a heartbeat to anyone looking for professional, reliable and creative design and construction services.”

“Nick and his team built out a next-gen suite for our father, complete with a kitchenette. The project included plumbing, lighting, electrical, moving interior doors, and exterior stucco work. They even added an attic access point where we didn’t have one. Most importantly, they were professional, timely, knowledgeable, and flexible. “Tom and Gail Archer built a beautiful, well constructed home for us in N Scottsdale. The project was on time and on budget except for a few small changes we made during construction. We had literally no problems during the construction period of 14 months and actually moved in a few days early. Gail's designs and choice of finishings for the house all are wonderful and very different from most of the homes in this area. Gail was also very creative in furnishing the house as well, mixing some low profile Italian furniture with rustic pieces, while blending some of my treasured pieces from our last house. Tom's subs are very loyal to him and were respectful of our neighbors. The job site was clean and Tom did some big cleanups when we had family in town to show them our new house in progress. We had an excellent building experience with Tom and Gail.”
