“I would highly recommend Jack and his team to anyone! And already have! Our neighbors recommended him to us after their bathroom reno and our other neighbors will be using him in the fall for theirs. He’s the best! We renovated 2.5 bathrooms this spring with Jack. His quote came in where we were hoping which was great. But more importantly for us was the quality of the work and ease of working with him and his team. Jack is very responsive, timely, and always follow through, which we have learned is difficult to find. Whenever I got stressed, Jack always remained calm and addressed any concerns right away. Truly Jack and his team were a pleasure to work with. I would not hesitate to use them again for any future projects! (See pics of Northern Liberties bathrooms for our reno)”

“We had Brendan renovate a 3rd floor bathroom and we are truly thrilled with the results. We really enjoyed working with him, as well as the contractors he brought in for electrical, plumbing, tiling, etc. Part of the project involved installing a mini-split air system, which he worked into the project very well. Whenever we brought some crazy ideas to him, he worked with us to come up with practical solutions and turned a pretty out-dated and poorly designed space into something that we really love. I have included some before and after photos below.”

“Cordeiro Construction is absolutely amazing! They do the most beautiful patio at my home complete with a full outdoor kitchen with granite countertops, built in grill, sink, mini refrigerator and gas fire pit. Eduardo was very professional, easy to work with and his prices are great! I have used him for many other projects and will continue to use him in the future. “Our kitchen looks gorgeous- we absolutely love it. The foreman, Stevo, is incredible and we recommend him to everyone who is looking for a remodel. He is detail oriented, asks great questions to help ensure that we want what we are asking for and provides excellent advice/thinks through what we really want and what the most cost efficient solution is. We trust him and his gorgeous work speaks for itself. The communication is slow before a job/to get quotes but during the job but he is 100% invested in that job and highly communicative.”
