“Jeff Bergby is building our new home. It is a 2,000+ sq. ft. one story home. It will be complete in Jan. 2013. Jeff is very experienced and builds quality homes. He has a consistently positive, up-beat attitude on and off the job site. He has had several homes win in "tour of homes" in our area. Jeff has been very easy to work with, making suggestions but always letting us make the final decision. Jeff works hard to stay in budget and meet deadlines to the best of his ability. He's never pushy nor has a know-it-all attitude. The sub-contractors are very professional, also, and have done excellent work. I would highly recommend Jeff Bergby for constructing a new or remodeling an existing home.”

“I highly recommend Talan Warden Construction. I have a few little houses that are desperately in need of some updating, but can only be done when the house is empty, which means lots of little jobs, infrequently. I know Talan is always busy with big jobs, but he does his best to squeeze my little jobs into his schedule. He does a great job making my projects seem important to him, and the craftsmanship is top notch. My houses are OLD, but Talan and his crew are good about letting me keep the character, without losing the integrity of the renovations. “Nate worked on our kitchen / laundry room / guest bath remodel in 2020. In 2022, we hired him to replace our deck and installed new railings. In 2023, we needed to replace windows on our beach house he was the only person we contacted. His workmanship and attention to detail is incredible. We like working with him as he meets his commitments and communicates throughout the entire project. He also offers up suggestions and ideas and is a pleasure to work with. We will use him on future projects and have referred him to neighbors and family.”

“Master Bathroom Remodel - Replacement of shower with plumbing fixtures, wall finishes and flooring. Premier Remodeling took charge of the project and coordinated 7 different trades with virtually no disruption to the household. The quality of the workmanship is outstanding. The original estimate was a budget for the project - the final billing provided a list of the billings from each trades, supply purchases from each vendor as well as Premier's time and mark up. The process was seamless and easy to understand. Changes made during construction turned into simple decisions in large part due to Premier Remodeling & Design's experience and knowledge. I would recommend this contractor to anyone considering a remodel and I plan on using them for future remodels.”

“Beisas has done a number of projects for me, primarily concrete work, including a very long driveway with built-in drainage, retaining walls and sidewalk work. Most recently they removed an old cyclone fence and put in a nice wood fence with retaining wall. Their work is always excellent. They are always on schedule, very pleasant workers, and the price is right! I would not hesitate to hire them again!”

“First let me say I grew up in a family of union carpenters, and can without a doubt Caleb with JCS Construction is a master of his trade. He doesn't cut corners and if your lucky enough to have him build for you all of the other tradesmen will thank you. I have seen a lot of junk built over the years a Caleb just won't do it he takes pride in his work and is super good at it. He framed and dried in a 3400 sq foot house for me in 7 weeks that I needed done by winter and did so the right way. True craftsmanship by a true Craftsman. I get compliments on Calebs work all of the time use him you won't regret it.”
