“Hired JD and his company to extend our deck, reinforce as needed and to install a glass panel in the middle of the deck railing to add some pop and allow a view of our pond. JD and his crew did an amazing job - they evaluated and reinforced the structure supporting deck (correcting many mistakes by the original builder); extended/rebuilt the deck itself (I know it is small but ALL the nails lines up straight); installed the deck rail and installed the reinforced, tempured glass section. They also stained the deck. They showed up on time every day on time, worked a full day, kept the work site clean and tidy - they also listened to my concerns about a nearby tree and wisteria - they took great care to keep both unharmed by the reconstruction. They offered many different options so I could get the featues I wanted - I think their prices were on target. I would hire them again in a heart beat.”

“Jeremy Hensley has been our contractor, advisor and the person we call for any problem, emergency or long-term need for repair, that arises in our home. Our first encounter with him three year ago is when he was the contractor for a major house project, a new driveway and terrace. His work and advice, willingness to answer each question or tackle unexpected problems was beyond our expectations and hopes. We worked with him on this project for over three months and other problems and projects that crept up on us at that time. Since then, we have called on him repeatedly and found that whatever the problem, he was right over to inspect and offer a variety of choices and options for fixing a problem. The people he has hired for us, if the job, a new roof and exterior trim painting of our home for instance, is beyond his ability do himself, have been the best in their field. There is no job too small or too big for Jeremy to handle. Also, and importantly, Jeremy is a thoughtful, considerable respectful and patient man, a pleasure to work. We have learned to rely totally on his advise, his expertize and his honesty. We trust his advise and respect his knowledge on each of the many problems, repairs, new projects we have hired him to do.”

“We worked with Alan Gerbus to build our home last year. He was incredible to work with. Start to finish he was very detail oriented. From design to production he consistently made sure that what we were doing lived up to our design goals. His subcontractors universally loved him and raved about how great he was. You always hear stories about building a custom home and how you need to be on top of your general contractor. We found that anything we noticed during the build, not only had Alan already seen it, but he usually had already taken steps to correct the issue. Quality was key for him. He didn't think the footers were deep enough so he ripped them out and had them re-poured. The first sub doing our stone work was not doing a good job so he fired them and got someone new and he made them redo the work already done. During design phase, several times he contacted us as he did not feel the design was what we were looking for and he worked and tweaked things to get it where it needed to be. We could not have asked for a better builder or better build experience!”

“When we moved into the house five years ago, the bathroom was something we thought we would do almost right away. It was outdated and had a few holes in the wall where the previous owner had fixed a leak. It just became one of those things we were always going to get to "next". But it was an intimidating project for an inexperienced home owner. Because of busy life, expense, and the overwhelming amount of decisions which needed to be made, it kept getting put off, until the next year. We completely regret not just pulling the trigger and making the decision to just do it a long time ago!! Norb and David made it so easy!! They devoted a lot of time and effort to make sure they were staying within our budget, and giving us small chunks to bite off one at a time. With their decades of experience, they knew where and when I needed to start making decisions (items that needed a long time to order), and kept me progressing at a steady but manageable rate. Quality was always there focus and they didn't allow us to make the cheap decisions we would regret later. They stopped to communicate at any point when they weren't sure our expectations were lined up, and we always resolved the issue easily on the spot. The project was finished ahead of schedule, and under budget, even though we made quite a few changes on the fly. They exceeded our expectations. The quality is impeccable, and we are just thrilled every time we walk into that room. It is an oasis we have been dreaming about for a long time. Thank you Norb Boh Construction!!
