“Kevin and his crew were great to work with! Over several months, they restored my run down investment property and turned it back into a beautiful historic preservation home! They gutted three full bathrooms, dry walled, tiled flooring, worked with plumber on installation of new bath tubs, sinks, toilets. Remodeled 2 kitchens and one kitchenette. Installed flooring and repaired/ refinished hardwood. Worked with inspectors & subcontractors: insulating floor joists, attic, basement limestone walls, electricians, HVAC; to bring this 110 year old house up to code. There were a million little “surprises” that came up-while tearing some of the spaces down to the studs...Kevin worked with me to make the best decisions -keeping budget and schedule on track. Honest, Reliable & Trustworthy! Highly recommend Homes by Klein!”

We were looking for someone to install a backsplash and our contractor suggested we reach out to ASA for a quote. Andy and Sarah quickly responded to our request, providing a very competitive quote while also helping us with design ideas. We were so impressed with their initial engagement we asked them if they would be interested in some additional work, finishing the interior of our garage. We quickly received a competitive quote and we made the decision to have them complete the additional project. We could not be more pleased with the outcomes with both the backsplash and the work completed in the garage. Andy and Sarah are true professionals. They set a schedule, always showing up on time, did great work and delivered on their promises. Throughout the process they also provided us design ideas/considerations that proved extremely helpful.
