“A job well done under less than ideal circumstances, namely, using my materials under my direction. I needed someone with experience with Schleuter waterproof membrane and shower pan kit. “I first worked with Ryan and his crew when I wanted to update my West Seattle home. I wanted to update the bathroom without spending a small fortune. Ryan came up with great looking, cost effective solutions. They also replaced the windows & doors. They did such a nice job that I contacted them again when I wanted to convert my downstairs into an ADU. Once again, Ryan came up with cost saving ideas for the ceiling, bathroom, flooring & kitchenette. It was completed in a timely manner and looked amazing! I will absolutely use them again if I need any more work done. I really can’t overstate how professional and easy to work with Ryan and his crew are.”

“Excellent work done within budget. Loved, loved, love how our upstairs remodel turned out for our open floor plan/kitchen remodel. This included taking out walls, installing a new beam, tearing down our kitchen and making everything new again! Tony and team communicated with us regularly about our budget and what was going to happen on the week ahead. They worked around our family of seven and two dogs. Our remodel came in within budget and within the expected completion date. We couldn't be more happy.”

“Level Up Home Remodeling has been great to work with. The project management by Ellie and Chase was above and beyond we could imagine. We contracted them for an addition of 1100 Sq. Ft. including relocating out kitchen, Leveling up the living room and adding two bathrooms to the house. The promises were delivered and we got a beautiful home to share with our family. The level of communication and professionalism were always their ultimate goal. Their passion about the details and the outcome is something we always felt.
