“I used Blue Sound Construction for a kitchen renovation that took the original kitchen down to the studs and also moved a wall and a window, creating a dining room where our library used to be. Blue Sound Construction suggested design elements and worked with us every step of the way to create a space that did what we wanted it to. They worked through some big challenges -- such as a significantly sloping floor and ceiling -- to implement the vision. The result is beautiful, an open, airy, clean-looking space that is a cook's dream. Not only is the kitchen beautiful and functional, the whole main floor of the house looks open, airy and much larger than when we began. The flow of the floor works well and the rooms lead one into the other. I feel like our house has been transformed. Blue Sound Construction did a wonderful job. The project took longer than we had expected (or been told to expect) but the end result was completely worth it. I would not hesitate to recommend Blue Sound Construction to anyone else.”

“Anthony did wonderful work, was honest and fair in his dealings, and finished the addition exactly to our liking. If things went wrong, he fixed them and let us know, absorbing costs along the way. He responded to our comments and communicated with us often and effectively. The timeline for the project was much longer than any of us anticipated, partly due to unforeseen issues and partly due to scheduling. In the end, we are very happy with the project and would recommend Left Coast Builders and would hire them again.”

“DME has almost completed our addition. Every aspect of the job has gone smoothly. I have 3 young children and one more on the way. With little ones running around I was worried about construction garbage. The site is immaculate when they leave each day allowing the kids to check out the progress with us and play outside when they finish each day. I cannot say enough good things about their professionalism, realistic timeline and how quickly the work is proceeding. The scheduling has been incredible. I would highly recommend them. “I first worked with Ryan and his crew when I wanted to update my West Seattle home. I wanted to update the bathroom without spending a small fortune. Ryan came up with great looking, cost effective solutions. They also replaced the windows & doors. They did such a nice job that I contacted them again when I wanted to convert my downstairs into an ADU. Once again, Ryan came up with cost saving ideas for the ceiling, bathroom, flooring & kitchenette. It was completed in a timely manner and looked amazing!
