“Their slogan is "Listen, design, build" and they did a great job of that. We did a complete kitchen remodel, gutted down to the studs. All their subs were on time and knew what was expected. The only problems we had were the hidden ones that couldn't be predicted and they dealt with those very professionally and at a very reasonable cost, absorbing a significant portion of that cost. Excellent communication and follow up. Responded to our questions in a curtious manner. Started on time and finished on time with no outstanding issues. NO PUNCHLIST NEEDED!”

“We hired Waterstone to do a complete kitchen remodel and a bump out in our 1898 Queen Anne home. There were all kinds of design challenges here as we wanted to keep the architectural integrity of the house while at the same time end up with a modern high-end kitchen. Michael did a marvelous job. Easy to work with, full of creative ideas and the job was done on the schedule as promised. We are now two years into the kitchen, love it and get all kinds of complements from neighbors and friends. Waterstone does terrific work!”

“Most people call a construction company for all the best reasons. You save up and plan to build a new house, redo a few rooms or add on a porch. But when a tragic event occurs there is no time to save or plan. That is what happened to our family. We woke up one morning to find not only our house but our garage as well were completely damaged. They both would need to be completely resided. After calling a few different places and getting bids I was a mess and was giving up hope of finding a good company to work with. Then a friend recommended AF Construction. Adam took the time to explain everything to me. He was empathetic and kind to my family. When he saw how upset I was when I found out the same color siding was not an option he made time to stop over with lots of samples. He sat with my kids and I until we could all agree on the new color. From the first day he arrived to look at the damage until the day they cleaned up all their supplies Adam and Travis went above and beyond what expected. At that point any other construction company would have taken their final payment and never looked back. But not Adam ! He called a few weeks later to check on how we were doing. How many companies go the extra mile like that ?”

“When we decided to replace our roof, add a room and renovate our kitchen, we knew we needed to rely on a reliable, respected and competent firm. That is why we chose Scherrer Construction. Both of us have had positive experiences with Scherrer Construction during our working careers so selecting Scherrer Construction for our home renovation was an easy decision. We are very happy to have made that decision! The success of our project is largely due to Project Manager, Kris Rhyner, and Scherrer Construction. Kris listened well to our wants, needs, ideas and thoughts and then offered insights and suggestions that might enhance and/or provide cost-saving measures. He was respectful to our space being mindful that we planned on living in our home through the construction process. Without reservation, we can say that all of the sub-contractors and Scherrer employees conveyed the same respect for our home and us, as did Kris. The construction timeline was a wonderful tool for us. It helped us understand the steps in the process. Only a couple of changes were made to the timeline and those were due primarily to weather, material delays or to accommodate our schedules. Kris worked to keep us aware of timeline alterations (and there were only a few). The three-month start to finish timeline was on target. We are grateful that Scherrer Construction expanded into the home renovation market. Continuing the family tradition to provide excellent client services and workmanship to all projects, large or small, is evident not only for our renovation but in other projects that we have experienced.”
