“We recently hired Universal House improvement in September to renovate our kitchen, laundry room and updating our fireplace. He was a very pleasant, professional and nice person to have in our home. He was always punctual, efficient and worked quickly to complete our project. He delivered on his promises, finished in a timely manner and leaving everything neat and tidy when he left every day. “Frank completed an extensive basement design and renovation for us. Our home is older and with the reno, Frank tackled several challenges, including unexpected ones, professionally and to our best advantage. He took our walls down to the studs and made our basement a useful and beautiful space - just what we wanted and more! He is completely transparent with costs and pricing and we trusted him in our home. He also hires competent and certified people to assist as needed. We have already hired Frank back for more work and happily share the Gateway Homes name when we can.”

“We made an appointment with Diego at the Toronto Home Show Spring 2016. He subsequently came over and spent 3 hours with us on the first in home visit. We had a very good idea of what we wanted and in that 3 hours Diego took the care and attention to understand ALL that was required and even measured up our basement and put it into his computer complete with a 3D design rendering and estimate for work for us to consider. We agreed to the work to be done, the timelines and budget and all have been done with UTMOST QUALITY, CARE and RESPECT !!! Leo, the construction partner of Harmony is ON IT and I can't say enough about him !!! He has done a phenomenal job working with my wife and I and his trades in bringing to life what we, sort of, had in our heads and that Diego originally designed for us. I am VERY PLEASED with their work and its QUALITY and I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND them for any work that you may be doing in your house. Ours was a complete basement renovation and build out.”

“Omar and his crew did a great work to repair the water damage in my bathrooms. Hard working, professional, friendly, and always thinking from client perspectives. They stayed up front and answered my questions patiently. Beside the excellent repairing work, they also make sure my furniture/appliances were fully protected and covered during the work, and cleaned up carefully after work. “After 5 years of living in our midtown bungalow and growing our family, it was time for us to overhaul our home. Our 1941 house had not been renovated since the early 80s. The bedrooms, kitchen and living areas were all on one floor, and the feel was drab, dark and tired. After several meetings and quotes with designers and contractors, hiring Bridgemont Properties was the easiest and best decision we could have made. The quoting and ideation process was clear, organized and highly professional. Marion and Rocco immediately put us at ease with their excellent design ideas and creative use of space and colour. Everyone working on our home during the months of the renovation taking place were courteous and skilled. Work was always done on time and Bridgemont Properties remained cognitive and respectful of our deadlines and budget. Their constant, thorough communication and responsiveness kept our family so at ease during the process. Marion and Rocco’s collaboration and imagination was astounding. The design, decor and incredible use of colour most certainly created the ‘wow’ factor we were looking for! “Ryan is dedicated to his projects. It is evident he truly wants to see his clients happy and satisfied with their project and has proved to us he is willing to do his very best to make it happen. He competently guided us through our extensive renovation and even rolled up his sleeves to help when timing was important. He found mistakes in the work of other contractors and quietly worked with them to make it right. Always keeping our budget in mind as the inevitable unexpected situations arose, he was able to keep us on track and aware of budget limitations.
