He wide knowledge of materials sources helped me create the look I was seeking. he often went above and beyond to solve problems and questions that came up and to reach the desired goal. I had hired Carlos and his team at a point months into my then floundering apartment renovation, not an easy way for them to begin. He listened carefully, offered suggestions and completed the work just as I would have imagined. Carlos and his team are a pleasure to work with and I am happy to recommend them.”

In addition his people have been with him for a long time i.e. no short termers or newbies on his team. Also after the work is done, incidentally on-time and budget, he will always come back to deal with questions or problems of any kind - even years later. “I had the absolute pleasure of using Pro Bros for my condo remodel! I never had much work done in my home before so I was extremely nervous about where to start and about finding a contractor I could trust that wouldn’t try to take me for a ride because I’m a female. After a few other quotes, I finally found Mike and Joe on instagram (@probrosllc) who came over to do a free estimate. Not only were they knowledgeable and professional, they walked me through everything - step by step - and kept me calm throughout the whole process. I finally felt like I was being treated like a human and not just some customer - especially cause they were always quick to respond to all of my countless calls and texts (lol sorry guys!). They redid both of my bathrooms, kitchen, living room, and 2 bedrooms - floors to ceiling - in such a quick amount of time! It was beautiful! I was able to sell my condo well over asking price in 2 months time - although it was really sad parting ways with it then!! THANK YOU MIKE AND JOE!!! I’m so happy you were available to do my new home remodel now :)!! THE BEST!!”

“I highly recommend Phoenix Construction. I was interested in having the siding and roof replaced due to aging. I received 3 estimates for the work and Phoenix was the most complete and within my budget. The suggestions provided by Joe R. the owner were most useful and did not add to the cost of the job. He gave excellent advice in regards to the color of the siding and roof. His recommendations included a dry well to eliminate a previous flooding and icing conditions. Joe also recommended replacing a door to match all the new siding and roof. The work was done in a timely manner and done to the satisfaction of my wife and I. Even after the work was done Joe, noticed a couple of items that were not up to his standards and made his workers correct them to his satisfaction. Once again his work was excellent and my neighbor so impressed with his work that he hired him and was as pleased with his work as well.”

“Big shout out to Val and his team. Reliable, honest, high communication and great skills. Complete renovation down to the studs with a massive addition, new everything! Renovations are never an easy thing but Val held our hand throughout the entire process and made our dream home a reality. So many decisions to make along the way. Val was always available to answer questions, support and guide us in the right direction... and keep us calm, LOL. It came out beautiful and we couldn't be happier with the outcome.
