“UPDATE: Since I wrote this review last, I received a response from Gandalf Restorations owner, Alex, who was helpful in getting the issue resolved and cover the cost for the repair of the small chip in the stone. All's well that ultimately ends well! __________________________________________________________________________ We got our kitchen remodeled two years back through Gandolf Restorations. We originally chose them for their professionalism that they showed at the time of presentation. They also had a warranty for their service. Two years later my kitchen counter stone has a chip in it and inspite of approaching and respectfully writing to them more than half a dozen times the owner, Alex, has not responded after his first response. They do an ok job but needed to be micromanaged to get best results. I would not recommend Gandolf or any other business who does not stand behind their work! This is a tiny chip that could be easily filled and they could've saved their company's reputation but it's unacceptable to be non-responsive in a service based business.”

“Without a doubt the best construction company, they made my kitchen just the way I wanted it, they followed my instructions and were very careful with my cabinets, I was very nervous about entrusting my kitchen to people I didn't know, but Karen made me feel calm by showing me that they do know what they are doing. “Let me first off start by stating, that I usually don't write reviews. That being said, Erna Properties deserves my time to write this review. I have been working with Dave the owner since the summer of 2016. He is extremely hands on, attentive to detail and professional. He is a man of his word, when he says he will be somewhere at a specific time, he means it. His workers show up for a full days work and leave the area clean. I'm not easy to please, I'm one of those people that like to be hands on and do multiple inspections during a project. Not only did Dave not have a problem with it, he welcomed it. His motto is; "on time, on budget and done my way (the client)" can you get better? We feel very blessed to have found him and to be working with him. I know that when we move into our new home, this building process will be the first of many fond memories to come. I know that spending your hard earned money is a big deal and choosing the right contractor is essential for peace of mind. Dave and his company realize that too, they will treat you like family and respect your time and money as if it were their own. I can't recommend them highly enough. You won't be sorry when you hire them.”

“I had the pleasure of working with Warraich Associates for a new construction project on an existing foundation. The principal, Hasnain Nasir was not only passionate but he possess strong knowledge about construction and remodeling. His attention to detail and his efforts to build a great home is the best I've experience by far. He is also informed of the new technology to build Smart Homes. An excellent builder and remodeler if you're looking for one.”

“I had the absolute pleasure of using Pro Bros for my condo remodel! I never had much work done in my home before so I was extremely nervous about where to start and about finding a contractor I could trust that wouldn’t try to take me for a ride because I’m a female. After a few other quotes, I finally found Mike and Joe on instagram (@probrosllc) who came over to do a free estimate. Not only were they knowledgeable and professional, they walked me through everything - step by step - and kept me calm throughout the whole process. I finally felt like I was being treated like a human and not just some customer - especially cause they were always quick to respond to all of my countless calls and texts (lol sorry guys!). They redid both of my bathrooms, kitchen, living room, and 2 bedrooms - floors to ceiling - in such a quick amount of time! It was beautiful! I was able to sell my condo well over asking price in 2 months time - although it was really sad parting ways with it then!! THANK YOU MIKE AND JOE!!! I’m so happy you were available to do my new home remodel now :)!! THE BEST!!”

“Big shout out to Val and his team. Reliable, honest, high communication and great skills. Complete renovation down to the studs with a massive addition, new everything! Renovations are never an easy thing but Val held our hand throughout the entire process and made our dream home a reality. So many decisions to make along the way. Val was always available to answer questions, support and guide us in the right direction... and keep us calm, LOL. It came out beautiful and we couldn't be happier with the outcome. “After purchasing our first home my wife and I hired Juliano and his company for a complete overhaul of the electronical system in our 2-family dwelling. His company also refinished/stained the hardwood floors in our living room, completed a bathroom, built an exhaust vent in my kitchen, and revamped an outdated plumbing system. Juliano was cordial and easy to work with throughout the process. He provided in-depth explanations of the work being done and even gave our family options with much of the decision making process as we contracted each portion of the job. All of Juliano's workers were respectful and it was pleasure getting to know each of them on a personal level. Not only was the job completed with care and excellence but Juliano's pricing was fair and competitive and completed in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this company for home improvement and/or construction.”
