“I have used Graham's Construction on numerous projects at my home, including refacing my fireplace, a complete bathroom remodel, scraping my ceilings and the installation of new floors in my guest bedroom. John, the owner, also did a build-out at my office building, which turned out beautifully. Recently I hired Graham's Construction to do a kitchen remodel at my home changing out my tile to granite, installing a new stove and sink. John, as always, did a beautiful job. I would highly recommend his services to anyone looking for a general contractor to do any type of work, whether it be on your home or commercial building.”

“I hired Groysman Construction to do remodeling of the kitchen in my house and also to add high-efficiency high-airflow fans in two bathrooms. The remodeling was largely limited to replacing old appliances by the new ones. This required the electrical wires and terminals be replaced and the existing cabinets be modified to fit to the new appliances. Regarding installation of the fans, Groysman Construction discovered that existing ducts were too narrow and did not match the new fans' specifications. They proposed the ducts be replaced and they offered for that part of the job only very small fee, which surprised me a lot (pleasantly surprised, I might add). The overall job was done very well and in the promised time. In my estimation the total fee for the job was very competitive. I was very satisfied with Groysman Construction. “Recently I had the pleasure of working with Promodeling on the remodel of both my master bathroom and my guest bathroom. My initial meeting was with Guy Oren, the owner of Promodeling. He immediately understood my design needs and was extremely helpful in picking out all the appropriate materials to make my dream bathrooms a reality. The installation was completed in a timely and very professional manner. I highly recommend Promodeling. I would definitely use them again for any future projects!”

“We hired OC Builders for a full Kitchen remodel and an installation of a 20’ sliding door. When we met our contractor, Moe, he went over everything in detail and answered all of our questions. Moe was happy to give advice on materials and design but was also fine working with our design. It was a nice balance. We’ve had mixed experiences with contractors on smaller projects in the past but we’re so glad we hired OC for this project. Everything went as expected and there were no surprises. The original quote was pretty close to what the final charges were and the timeline went very smoothly. Moe was extremely communicative and addressed any issue we had in a timely manner. The site was always left very clean every day and the workmen were very professional. We are finished now and loving everything about our beautiful open kitchen and large new doors that open to our back yard. We will not hesitate to hire OC Builders again for future projects.”

“Spaces Renewed is a great company managed by a contractor-designer husband & wife team. Beth has a keen eye for design complimented by Marshall's high professional level of construction expertise. It was a real advantage for us to consult with both of them during the initial consultation, and the computer generated plans gave us a real good sense of what the end product would look like. From start to finish they were pleasant and courteous in every way showing a full degree of trustworthiness and honesty. The contractual documents were clearly itemized with plenty of detail, and all our questions were addressed with great care. They had a very skillful work crew that showed careful attention to every detail, including thorough cleanup at the end of every work day. They were always responsive to any questions or requests we had. Workdays were very consistent with no delays, which made the project come in on schedule. Everything worked out to be right on budget, and the final results far exceeded our expectations. We have no hesitation in giving Beth and Marshall the highest rating, and recommending their company to anyone who wants a thoroughly professional job done.”
