He wide knowledge of materials sources helped me create the look I was seeking. he often went above and beyond to solve problems and questions that came up and to reach the desired goal. I had hired Carlos and his team at a point months into my then floundering apartment renovation, not an easy way for them to begin. “We are currently working with DDS on a significant exterior project that includes; roof, siding, masonry, and landscape design and we could not be happier with the services that are being provided! The attention to detail and professionalism is unparalleled. We have had several contractors provide us estimates and simply hand us a catalog to select materials with no guidance whatsoever. Edwin approached the project from an artistic point of view and was able to provide us with an image of what the house would look like upon completion which literally took all of the guess work out of the equation. Their team of contractors are very mild mannered and approachable and take the extra time each day to clean up and leave the work area spotless. We are beyond thrilled that we chose DDS for this project and look forward to our house being the envy of the block upon completion!”

“I really can't say enough good things about Sound Harbor Development . They had built my house and the last thing to do was the basement which has just been finished . The millwork is so beautiful and the custom media room , laundry room , office, bathroom and rec room plus lots of great storage space which maximises every inch of space with great innovative idea's and this is just the basement which is just a continuation of the amazing design and millwork throughout the house . The contractor is a well renowned builder but such a personable person who's vision far exceeded my wildest expectations .I would highly recommend this to anyone ! if your lucky enough to get them .”

“Complete roof and siding redone. stone work to replace brick on front and driveway light piers. Replaced and trimmed out 16 windows and installed sliding doors on deck. very customer focused and stayed on time and budget. each part of job had an informed foreman in charge who was knowledgeable and helpful.”

“We have had two of our homes expanded and renovated by DiCosimo. They did outstanding work and very reasonable prices. In addition his people have been with him for a long time i.e. no short termers or newbies on his team. Also after the work is done, incidentally on-time and budget, he will always come back to deal with questions or problems of any kind - even years later. Bottom line is that we consider him to be "our contractor" and will always use him.”
