“Previously, I had worked with another highly recommended and awarded local construction company, but due to schedule conflicts, they were unable to take on this project. At that point they recommended Kenorah to me. The owner came over in person and explained to me their process and concept behind the business. I was immediately convinced they were the right team to work with. I had a very good idea of what I wanted to achieve, but was not sure how to achieve it. They made every step of the journey very easy and stress free, allowing me as much involvement as I felt comfortable with. They accommodated all of my requests and if it was impractical, we worked to find a solution was was suitable. The core team of crew were of the highest calibre of talent and the subcontractors and supporting companies/dealers Kenorah works with are just as qualified. At no point did I ever feel any of the work being done was rushed or compromised to save time or money. Every issue that arose was brought to my attention immediately and resolved swiftly with their recommendation. On time and on budget, the finished result was more than I had ever hoped for. Once the project was over Kenorah constantly reaches out to me, making sure everything is still perfect. I have had a couple warrantee issues since then, but they have been fixed and they even went the extra mile to make sure I was completely satisfied. Their desire to give us the best possible outcome was evident throughout the process. All extra charges (the inevitable addition of scope to the project as it went along) were documented and agreed on before work happened. They have definitely gone the extra mile on every concern we have had. Their workers were respectful and pleasant to have in the home. I am thrilled with the final result of their work. I highly recommend going to their new showroom on Marshall Rd, their displays and friendly staff will be very helpful to you”
