“My husband and I have worked with Samantha Grose for the past 1-1/2 years during a whole house remodel plus addition. “Fantastic Job. Matt Houston built our home in Monticello, MN. We sold our home quickly in the Spring of 2016. My wife and I meet with Matt and shortly after new that he was the right builder for us. Matt walked us through each step of the process, and built a superior home in comparison to what others where building in the neighborhood. Could not be happier with the attention to detail, and follow up. Matt was consistently available on email, phone or text. There were many days that my wife and I made changes, some of these over holidays, and we would send Matt a text and he would respond within minuets. Talk about a fantastic experience. I would not hesitate to use Matt in the future, for builds or remodels.”

“Copper Creek built our house. From the beginning, everyone within the company was enthusiastic and respectful of our wishes, and worked hard to make our home what we wanted it to be. The subcontractors who contracted with Copper Creek were truly the best in the business. Everyone was timely, friendly, and expert at their crafts. The construction schedule was followed almost to the letter, and we were in the house within a few days of the expected completion date. The cost of construction met our expectations as well. The house is beautiful and exactly what we asked for.”

“We met with The Legacy Building Company after meetings with a number of different designers, builders, and everything in-between. While we were pretty confident in our vision for our kitchen remodel - but, we had two main reservations about the project: 1) Finding a competent company to work with that will actually do the work promised within the time frame promised. 2) Getting the kitchen we want within the budget we were working with. We previously had a number of frustrating experiences with contractors involving deadlines and staying within a specified time frame. Craig explained how his project management system ensured the client was able to access the project calendar and all other pertinent information. He also explained how he provides very detailed project estimates - which allows the client to understand all the costs involved and if needed, manipulate the project to stay within budget. These factors, paired with the knowledge that the talented Legacy crew would complete the majority of the work themselves, were why we hired them. My hopes were high, but based on my past experiences, I was still skeptical that Craig would end up being “just another contractor” and leave us guessing on the schedule and remodeling process. However, an amazing thing happened… Legacy did exactly what they promised! They stuck to their schedule. They kept us informed. They stayed within budget. They even welcomed our idea to add a another feature to the kitchen mid-process. Ultimately, they did exactly what they said they would do. Craig and his crew are talented and trustworthy. They were respectful of our family and our living space as they worked on our house. We highly recommend Legacy Building Company and will not hesitate to call them for our next project.”
