“Thank you for the bathroom renovations. We were impressed by the professionalism of your company. Your workers came promptly to work for a full day, every day until the renovations were complete. Gemco gave good advice about everything from tile choice to decorative layout details. This complete renovation was very messy and yet at the end of each day, Roy would clean up all the tools and pieces. He even swept the pathways on the dustier days. And at the end of the job, there was not any change to the contracted price. Everyone was extremely considerate of being in a family home. Our four young children were treated with kindness and our property was treated with respect. For these reasons, we have already referred Gemco to friends and family. ”

“Siteline Construction was hired to serve as the GC for a home renovation project including gutting and installing a new kitchen, two new bathrooms, laying a new tile floor throughout the house as well as completing electrical, HVAC and plumbing upgrades. His workmanship and attention to detail were remarkable. Being off island for most of the 6 month construction project, Brandon Tierney provided ongoing updates including photographs of progress being made as well as issues that were being encountered... between weekly conference calls and daily emails (as needed) he was able to resolve issues quickly with minimal impact on budget and schedule. The project was completed on time and on budget as promised. We HIGHLY recommend Brandon and Siteline Construction Group and would definitely hire them again for future projects. “We got three bids for our job and Victor's was very competitive. We like his people skills, timely responses and honesty with every aspect of the project. Our project was a $44,000 remodel/addition. We added a floor over our two story front room, creating a playroom/media room. We then added an office and guest "suite" (bathroom included) in the open loft area that already existed. Victor and his crew were AMAZING! They were polite, on time and did an amazing cleanup at the end of each day. He was very attentive and I felt that he really understood the look we were going for. He gave us different options when necessary. It was obvious that he really wanted us to be happy and we are. Our job was completed on time and in budget. Our plumbing, electrical, framing and final inspections went off without a hitch. Our next project is the kitchen and Victor and his team will definitely be doing it.”

“This was the most accomplished professional I have ever dealt with in the building industry. Not only did he do a great job but was quite dependable and reliable. He was always available for calls and open to incorporating new ideas into the project. He remodeled my kitchen and baths and made a fantastic outdoor kitchen / pizza oven. He even had some money saving suggestions ...amazing!! “This is our 4th renovation project using Preferred Builders and have been extremely pleased with every one. The owner Louis George is very detailed oriented and knowledgeable about construction and design. This last project was a condo remodel where we took down a wall opening the view. We had tray ceilings built with recessed lighting. We installed a fireplace with lighting and installed lighted panels to the entrance foyer. Louis worked well within the condo construction guidelines and restricted timeframe. Workmanship is of the highest quality.”
