“Scott has handled multiple building projects for me, some as far back as twenty years ago. During the building process, I found Scott to be ahead of schedule, many times ahead of me. He would politely let me know he needed me to pick out the tile because his people were ready to install. When Scott began my first house, I recall being extremely nervous. I am real estate attorney, so I had heard the nightmare stories. Scott was very patient with me. He has a calm demeanor and his number one attribute is that he listens to his customers. I highly recommend this builder. The product he puts out is second to none. I have had zero issues with any of my houses.”

“Lucas and his team spent practically 3 months during the summer of '14 remodeling our 1880 historic district home. I am pretty picky when it comes to house repairs and I must say that Lucas is even more picky than me. It would take me way too long to explain all of the work he accomplished so I will just say that I was extremely pleased with his work. I personally recommend him to all of the other folks in our neighborhood and he has performed many repairs and makeovers. Chuck”

“Evergreen Custom Construction did an exceptional job on our home. Doug Oles the owner personally supervised every aspect of the work to make certain it was completed in a flawless and timely manner. There was never a day that this project was ongoing that we did not witness him outside of our home checking the work in progress.He has an exceptional eye for detail and design. His team were all very professional and courteous. Anytime anyone asks about our contractor we always say to use Evergreen Custom Construction. We are so extremely happy with the finished product. It brings a sense of pride when we get compliments on our home now which we do often. We are fortunate that we chose Evergreen Custom Construction because the owner, Doug Oles, is extremely virtuous and has great integrity. “Hadrian Cosntruction did a renovation project that gutted 2 rooms and replaced the siding and windows of our 1940s cottage. His team listened to our requirements and they were easy to work with. We are very pleased with the outcome of the project. They were on budget and a few weeks over the schedule but there were delays due to weather. They were very professional and their craftsmanship was excellant. I will use them again and woud recommend tem to others.”
