“Great communication. Knowledgeable. Nice crew to work with. I had them on a major renovation of an old farmhouse. Floors were leveled. Major beams were installed. Complete replacement of electric service. Addition built. Entire inside of the house reframed and converted from double to single family home. Bill Shafer handled everything from permits and inspections to ordering and coordinating with all of the other trades. The site is not an easy one to work on with tight access and challenging location. Everyone that came to the project handled it well and did great work. This was the first project that I worked with Bill on. I made a lot of changes along the way and they rolled with me no problem. This house literally had some amount of everything done to it. Nothing about this house was straight or plumb or level. Everything had to be fit and worked into the old structure. They handled it with ease. The guys are very experienced and fast and talented. It has been a pleasure to have them on the job. Good guys, good work! Thanks.”

“Awesome service! I've contracted with Chevrock for several projects, big and small. Chevrock completed a total overhaul on my kitchen, they did everything from helping design my new kitchen, to installing it, and making sure I was receiving the best prices. Chevrock has also helped with other jobs I've had such as plumbing and electrical work. They always do a great job and would highly recommend them for ANY job! Better than anyone else out there!”

“My husband and I first met Frank and Kevin in 2003. Little did we realize it would become a ten (10) year working relationship and friendship. We have lost track of how many jobs they have done for us over the years, but here are a few: 10x12 Foyer Extension with Cathedral Ceiling (won Pocono Builders Association 2004 Builders Award for Additions - Residential under $50,000); Handicapped Master Bathroom and installed new floor and ceiling; paneled Great Room ceiling adding multiple framed beams; installed track lighting system in the kitchen area; added 12x12 screened in room; add a portico entrance and ramp; installed new roof with ice and snow barrier; winterized the screened in porch and added a Heat/Air Pump System; installed a 1/2 bathroom; added an interior doorway between the garage and workshop for easier access in the winter months; and the list goes on. Any home improvement jobs we consider, our first and only call is to Quality Building and Remodeling. For the Approximate Project Date I am inserting the last project which was the Winterizing of the Screened in Room. For the Project Cost I am choosing more than $100,000 due to multiple projects of the years.”

“Tim transformed a storage space into a fantastic bedroom. He came up with the design, did all electrical, insulating, drywall, trim work and painted! In an awkward space he made a built in desk out of a piece of reclaimed wood. Tim worked quickly and we have exactly the result we hoped for... I have recommended him numerous times and always get positive feedback. Highly recommend!”
