Communication, timeliness and skill set are important when choosing a contractor. The Fin Home team meets all these needs. Erik is current on latest trends and helped fulfill my vision. His team has always been prompt, respectful and courteous. Each day, the crew arrived on time, cleaned up daily and communicated accomplishments as well as pending tasks. I am pleased with all three bathrooms. Plus, when asked about small household chores these were met without hesitation. Erik even helped with my aging dog. “The two things that most influenced my decision to work with Agape were: 1) Agape's excellent feedback on Angie's List; 2) Jerry's (the owner) "regular guy" appeal to the consumer. No sales pitch; all work is done by the company and not sub'd out. All companies say they value customer satisfaction, but Jerry sincerely conveyed to me that customer service is not simply a slogan but guiding principle of Agape. They delivered!!! His workers were polite, timely, and meticulous in the quality of their work; the finished product greatly exceeded my expectations. I own several rental properties across the country and regularly interact with contractors. I can honestly say that Agape is the best team I have ever worked with.
