“Very professional team starting from the sales representative to the installers. We went from an almost non-usable space because of the heat from the sun to a large outdoor space. This pergola is built to last with hardly any maintenance. Would definitely recommend Dream Design Construction.”

“Work done: Replaced floors in entire house. Repaired walls and framing and painted entire house. Did demo and helped remove old furniture, then helped return everything. Justin gave appropriate suggestions for repair, replacement, painting, decorating, etc. Justin and his crew, specifically John and Caleb were wonderful to work with. They were respectful and went out of their way to accommodate us. Justin has great knowledge about what needed to be done and spent a lot of time going over everything with us. He found issues we did not know were there and still kept everything within our budget. We had to live in the house while the construction was being done and Halcyon accommodated us every step of the way making sure we were as comfortable as possible. Justin helped us tremendously with decision options and consistently guided us in the good direction. We are still a work in progress and I highly recommend Halcyon.”

“Craftsman Construction provided us with a building experience that was easy and worry free. Jerry was very professional, honest and trustworthy. Whenever a problem became apparent within our project, he thoughtfully resolved the issue. He was patient with us when we decided to make an aesthetic changes, even after the specified work had been completed. But most importantly, Craftsman's quality is what keeps us coming back to Jerry. We will build another house with Craftsman when it is time to downsize. Timothy and Amy Nojaim I would like to continue my review of Craftsman Construction. It has now been 8 years since Jerry has built our home. We have temporarily moved overseas. We have continued using Jerry and Craftsman Construction to manage the upkeep and occasional repairs to our wonderful house, while we have been away. He continues to be courteous and kind to our tenants. He is always fair with his pricing. He has truly become a family friend. Thanks, Jerr!”

Jon and Mandy made the home building process simple, We loved the fact that we could contact them personally with any questions that we had along the way and they responded quickly and with concern. We love our new home and are thrilled with the quality and craftsmanship. We feel that we received a much more personal home building experience with them, than we would have received with a "large builder". “Jeff engineered our master bathroom renovation in Fall 2014 and we are delighted with the result! He was professional, respected our budgetary boundaries, finished the project in a timely way, chose excellent subcontractors who provided high quality work, and he followed up on every aspect of the project. In addition, he helped us with the selection of our materials, was resourceful at solving unanticipated problems, and worked diligently to keep the work space tidy and clean. He has a great sense of design as well. We love everything about our new bathroom and subsequently have involved Jeff in future projects. Our latest project with Jeff involved his design for a unique cedar bar wall for our kitchen that is just beautiful!
